This year I would imagine at least 3 jumps in sp from HAV alone!
1st when the next MRE comes!
2nd when the feasibility study comes out!
3rd the DTM !
Then start of next year hopefully the first bit of gold:))

Oh avocet on the wages front if you think the tradesmen are not worth their money, then you are deluded!
You will spend a couple of hundred pounds on a named shirt and yet you think someone who has spent his working life picking up knowledge on how to do the job right and you think they are not worth it!
Still amazes me how people have this mentality, if we are to expensive build them yourself!

It’s a question out there for tradesmen who are boots on the ground.
Having been through two other recessions and knowing how attitudes change when work gets tight.
The ogre in some people’s comes through and if work is getting tight then that means less houses are being built which will affect the sp !
So all in all this is for the benefit of people who are not on site and privy to this info.

Just a quick question to all the tradesmen who frequent this BB.
Are you finding the site agents have changed in attitude after Christmas.
Have you found they have got more aggressive in the way they speak to you!
Or is it just me?
They seem to be buying in that the building is going to slow!
For me I don’t think it will, come spring I have a feeling building is going to push on .
The house prices might go down a bit, but this is expected and has been for a while.
Wages will have to catch up.
But for me some of the personalities have changed, maybe stress or they think it’s their time!

As I have said many long term holders here have probably got two or three pots!
One long term.
One trading short term.

The handy thing with this share is , when the big news drops for HAV we will get it from Newcrest before trading opens here and we will be prepared for the big jump in sp!

On the MRE front, I would be very surprised if Newcrest didn’t do it and left Shaun to do his own.
It looks bad to their shareholders when a minor partner has to let them know!
I think it’s time now and they are playing ball!

Tomorrow is the start of a new campaign year, nobody can really understand properly why we are languishing at this low sp.
Even Shaun has said he doesn’t understand, but unfortunately this is a buyer’s market share and is being kept down.
But with a new year ahead and lots of news including a MRE, a DTM and feasibility study all coming in the near future.
I can see it only going one way, whatever or whoever that has been holding it back will come to light.
Now let’s hope for a great year ahead!

Stock piles at its lowest level for 25yr !

At a 25 year low!

Good morning All
Very interesting year all round coming up!
Population of the uk increasing ( more houses needed)!
Housing shortage getting worse ( more houses needed)!
Infrastructure in massive decline ( more schools, more hospitals, more nuclear power plants needed) more people needed!
People’s financial priorities have changed ( maybe cheaper holidays, clothes, jewellery, or even downgrading homes or area for cheaper housing) migration means new housing needed!
Get the winter out of the way and it could make for an interesting year, especially with the labour shortage!
I could well be wrong and it could just go bang , but I think it will be a short bang :)))
All in my opinion of course and what will be will be!

MH01 that is what I meant, this year has gone!

If we start mining early next year, I would hope for a dividend within three years!
At today’s finish price of 8p!
A 1p divi is 12%
A 1.5 divi is 18%
A 4p divi 50%
All very feasible, so this looks like a very good entry point!
