I think you will find every board is saying the same thing ‘there share is being shorted, everyone is in on it’
Me I have come to the conclusion it’s a buyer’s market and the barstewards know this and they will bleed you dry if you let them!

I love to hear everyone’s views and that is why this board is for and we should all respect each other views as no one gets everything right every time and that’s why we carry on learning every day!
I do enjoy peoples views especially out of the box views and that’s why I liked Hydro’s conspiracy theories and Bamps more down to earth backed with facts!
That’s what this board is good for!

That’s why I would hope if Newcrest don’t do a MRE, I would hope Shaun would do his own and that should double the sp in theory as the MRE would be double what it is now!
I think we are reading from the same hymn sheet and I believe 95% of the people on this board are for the company to do well!

If the right opportunity comes along it’s got to be worth while!
We have a bigger and better board now and they have not been bought in for HAV alone!
So for me if it’s going to make the company bigger and better I have no problem with diluting as long as we don’t get our pants pulled down!

I do believe Newcrest should be releasing an MRE in the next couple of months, if they don’t do think Shaun will release his own?
He has the credibility now and it would be to our advantage if he needs to raise funds by dilution!
Just thinking ahead maybe for a new project or other things!

I think Jan and feb may well be quiet hopefully come spring confidence can come back!
But who knows, there is still a shortage of housing and 500k more people came into the country than left!
Maybe a new council estate may happen first for a long time.

Sorry for the delayed response!
Looking at them figures I am amazed nobody has tried to tie us up with themselves especially as we have had our backs to the wall.
Once HAV kicks off and money starts coming in we will be in a lot stronger position to negotiate JV’s or even go it alone!
I do like the idea of a JV with another company the more fields you plough the better the crops you reap .
Anyway Shaun probably has a greater idea what to do in his grand plan!
