Yes krusty I agree!
I think they now have the financial clout to build stock houses and sit on them, I can’t see them dropping the prices dramatically ( starve the market)
I might be wrong!

Speaking to the sales people on our Bloors site and they have been given the go ahead to carry on building and build up stock houses ready for when it kicks off again!
So I don’t think they believe it will be a long blip , maybe the winter or summer who knows!
I know Bloors is owned by one man and he is the only one to answer to.
The other HB’s have shareholders I do understand they are slowing down at the moment but is just for the winter we will have to wait and see!

Speaking to the sales people on the Bloors site and they have been told carry on building until they reach a certain sales stock as they wish to be ready for when it kicks off again!
Now to me they don’t expect it to be to long, maybe winter , maybe summer who knows!
I know Bloors is owned by one man and he is the only one to answer to, the others have shareholders and I do believe they are slowing slightly, wether it’s for the winter, that’s the question!

Cheers for that DGR that’s the way I see it now unless they are in the habit of holding on to share’s, I can see them selling for a small profit I might be wrong and maybe Shaun has put something in the contract, like he did with the other’s

Is it not that they worked out the fee and then valued it at X amount and then divided it by 7.65p and come back with 13.4m odd shares to equate to the figure X?
Or have I got this wrong, I normally do

Everyone seems in a better spirit today, it’s nice to see a climb even if it is gradual.
Still seems low selling and everything being snapped up, I am expecting a big jump soon as peoples sell price is increasing and time’s running out for the buyers!

I think at that stage we only had 2.9moz confirmed ( I might be wrong) but makes you ask the question what do they really know about how much is down there?

The cancellation rate was interesting I wonder how much of that second half cancellation of 24% happend when Lizzie and kwasi announced that mini budget!
So it might be a bit better than we think!
Next three months will give us a big clue, get through this and this sp could look like a bargain.
