At the moment no slow up on building in east mids, but wether they are just getting things weather tight.
But looking at the doom and gloom out there, this winter will be crucial, if things don’t slow down then the people in charge of the HB’s know something we don’t!

There’s seems to be a more pleasant aura on this board this week and long may it continue.
Looking at potential dividends in a few years to come, what a time to buy in 8.5p , we all now are pretty much certain we are going mining on a 20moz+ mine.
So in a few years time there should be dividends coming out, with 5billion shares in issue, £50m set aside for dividends is worth 1p a share a return of about 12%, £100m=25%,etc etc.
I think you get the gist, what a time for new investors in there portfolio:))

I like what you say most of the time, but I am adamant this forum is the first place to go to when 1st timers want to get involved!
Now to give it up to bully boys is wrong and on top of that all the respected posters all post on here when they have something to say!

When Newcrest upgrade’s Telfer, could it be possible to have a separate processing area for other metals or are they all out gold?
Or would it be cheaper to build a new separate plant, because looking at the Paterson area I think it’s going to be busy round there for a while.

Evening All
I have been thinking when they recalculate the costs for mining, due to the increase of materials and labour costs.
It will be higher we know this, but this could work to our advantage due to this being a low cost mine.
You will many other mines out there who will have to evaluate wether it’s worth while to carry on mining that mine and the ones which are no longer financially viable will have to be put on hold.
Now a reduction in gold mining will push up POG or have I got this wrong!

Yes I really must get to one of the meetings!
This year has been chaotic, I have been trying to buy this house in France and been over more times than I care to think about, but I am dealing with three senile brother’s, who have cancelled a couple of times and then have the front to accuse me of cancelling and stonewalling.
But hey I have a date now for a final signing, but it’s three days after my daughter’s wedding.
So December written off as I will have to make it winter tight.
Christmas round a tillylamp lol
So spring will be for me and I will try to get to one!

Now hopefully Newcrest and Ggp have put the shenanigans behind them and they are now reading from the same hymn sheet!
It would be nice to think and make sense that they are both pulling in the right direction for the mining of HAV.
We now have in place the fund’s to mine and so has Newcrest, could it be likely that it could be possible to bring the DCM forward.
It would be beneficial for both parties!

An idea out of the box , construction is the backbone of most countries especially ours, house building is good for the economy ( new furniture, council tax etc etc).
If the government is worried about a collapse in house building, why don’t they do government mortgages at say 4-5% for 5yrs and by then the worst would be close to sorted, rather than buying back our bonds or bailing out companies which have messed up!
Is this feasible or in the realms of fantasy.
