Don’t post very often,but it’s been a bit of a disastrous Christmas break not only have we got this Middle East crap. But what’s happening in Australia terrible. Looking at the next trading update, I do believe it will be on 14 th jan.what will show up on the build production from loss of time, not sure as we know they normally work on 12-16 week build. That in mind some will show on this statement and some on next quarter. Now this is what concerned me the most, normally in periods of lost time they normally ask you to come in at weekends, but this time they didn’t? That means one of two things either they have enough houses in stock or they were waiting for this election to be done! On the good news front the day after the election results all the directors from linden homes were out on site fingers pointing everywhere and now we have a build out. The big news will come in jan when the contractors get tenders, how many will tell you what type of year we have ahead. I think jmo and gla

Yes will keep in touch as I say I’ve taken my stance on this and knowing my luck it will keep rising. As I am still suffering at the hands of Aim I invested big in mysq and bos global, both went bang and Eric & co ran off with the monies so very nervous. I have been looking at mc carthy & stone residential homes for over 55s concept good and they seem to be sprouting up everywhere. Thoughts much welcomed. I have sold my stake here now, will be looking to get back in at a lower price or just before divi payout. Reason looked at my earnings for the last three months, and I’m about 20% down now in winter we do expect to be a bit down but not at this level. We still have three months of winter left. I’m not scaremongering just telling you the facts you can use this info if you wish or disregard it. I just tell it as it is!Gla and I hope everyone has a great Christmas

I have thought about today’s rise I do not believe it is because we have a good leader. More so a terrible one never got in ! Just my opinion ! I only hope this works out for all .Gla

I’m in at a nice price of 219 so I’m not worried. But it makes me laugh when Glencore are based in Switzerland, they have more dodgy bank accounts than I have hairs on my head and people are worried about them leaving a paper trail! I can’t see that happening. If the fca and other organisations want to look into someone try Donald talk about share manipulation, he hasn’t earnt much in last few years. Gla and hopefully the market will see sense

First time I worked for a civils company for any period of time , so can’t compare if it’s normal, so probably keep away from civils ! Bol
