1st day back ,our site is okay just finishing Ha’s ! I have heard that some of sites about to start have been put on hold. So at the moment it’s wait and see. No real panic amongst the agents on site. So all I can say is wait and see. Hope it helps. Gla

Got back this morning, thanks all for your worries. Done a shop there was more food when rationing was going on , very surprised how many people wasn’t at work!Tried to change my pesos back at Tui they said we have no cash. Nobody’s been in they all looked concerned about there jobs. Scary

At the present moment I do believe there will be more cancellations on houses,I believe if sales go down for a period. Sites will go up for replanning and more HA’s will be built until it blows over. Jmo

Lots of bickering going on here.
I was out all day yesterday snorkelling and looking at birdies in the jungle. Had enough of the ones on the beach missus keeps on catching me! Anyway as you all know I was hoping to get in cheaper and I thought at 170 would be cheeky, but the way things are going you do have to wait in my opinion. But I do understand what nige is saying, a cash rich company with enough land for ten years and a great divi, even if special got halved should be worth more. The only problem is now the job count is about to start and there will be massive culling. In the end I think a Phoenix will come out of this. I will be looking at the next trading statement with big interest because I cannot believe the build has not slowed in the past six months due to weather. Gla and anyone want any Glencore going cheap
