Hi troubles that rate is scary not sure where it comes from but I do know there’s a lot more signs on site about mental health issues. Hi all popped down to Suffolk this weekend first time since Christmas building sites everywhere,Nottingham derby and Leicester still busy and plenty of sites locally in planning 10 year man says he is flat out so I would say that’s all good news! At the moment I think we are at a crossroad if parliament has served it’s purpose,parliament was created because of the greed of the royals and now it seems the mp’s have become greedier and only in there for themselves. I do wonder how many of there friends or family have benefited from this turmoil they created. Hi bamps I know what you are saying about feeling better about investing in GFRD than psn. I think psn contemptment of the customers over the last period will come back to bite them. Just a question about GFRD or linden Homes do you know if they ever done leasehold on houses will that come back to bite I have asked the site agent on the linden site I’m on he has said no not what he knows off, but not to quote him on that just a question if you can help cheers in advance.

If so I too am thinking about it price is very tempting been hammered by Aberdeen bypass and a few other things but they have been looking to go into housing more for a while next trading statement I think won’t be great but will open up now they have changed away from civils to housing best of luck and hope to be in it soon gla

Not forgetting psn said they will leave 1% with the customer for remedials and they won’t see that back. It makes you laugh three things are needed to build a house land labour and materials! They say land is at a good price at the moment, labour costs have stayed the same for a year, materials have gone up 5% so divide that by the three categories and you have a very modest 1.6% . House prices outside of London have gone up last year so why the 10p drop last week strange. We all know we are in a good position price should be closer to 240p in my opinion gla

I thought it was a good statement we all know the price of things will go up it’s called inflation. But there was a line there that says a good opportunity to buy land at attractive price leading to better profit margins! Hi Nige very true the industry has become very cut throat if they think they can save a pound they will that’s why most people’s moto is the self presavation society. I am not having a go at people it’s the system and when they get shafted first sign of recession people get bitter. I think you will see the same thing happen to nurses they are being treated like crap at moment twenty years down the line when loads more have left you will have a problem. If you treat people right you will benefit if you treat them like crap you will left licking your wounds. If I have upset some people with my bluntness I apologise but I just say it as I see it .gla
