Hi bamps I could spend all day talking about why there is less apprentices coming through and the quality of them . But all I say to the site agents is back in 1987 when I started on site about 80% of the people on there where under 40 now it’s probably 80% are over 40 . In the last recession the tradesmen got treated like shit and most of them would of told there sons don’t go into it find something else and I think that’s what’s happened. Messed the system up. Also on the point of they are building charactless houses it’s probably due to the new ones not being able to build corners or chimneys or do any other bond apart from stretcher unless they can put a profile up they get confused all the best.

Hi Nige persim has got a bad name alround at the moment most of the tradesmen are avoiding them at the moment. I can only speak about my trade which is a bricklayer they tried to thrash up lots of plots and as a trade you know when you go there you will have to start by putting things right. Admittedly they are changing now but it will take time. As for leaving the customer with the retention they can put a line through that they will try there best to keep hold of that sounds like a lot of court cases to me unless they put that on the price of the house sounds like one big headache all round as I say just my point of view gla

I think the next trading update will be inline with what’s expected no surprises weather has been good this quarter should be a higher price of about 240 in my opinion so should keep ticking up hopefully. Just keep the faith and draw the Divi gla

Still don’t understand what they get paid for.or what they do if they can’t monitor or control what a company does then what’s the point of them?

Hello all new on this board, I recently invested at 19.3p and thought that was the bottom but obviously not but been reading a snippet from simply Wall Street and it said 69% of enq shares were owned by institutions and only 17% by the general public, if that’s true not a lot of free float and if that’s the case should rise rapidly on good news in my view. So they will restrict the build of them until they have to! About the workmanship I can only speak about my trade with confidence the problem is we are pretty much at our build limit until you get new blood in it won’t change. Me and my mate we work 2-1 and get fed up of having to take over other people’s work just because the site agent ( not his fault) has to employ anyone just to keep the schedule going. We then loose a day maybe two depending on how bad it is putting things right unless they stop doing this things will get worse. I was a remainder and I would be a hypocrite to be anything was I have worked in various countries but not sure a no deal will be that bad could lead to new negotiations,it might be better than a bad deal where we get shafted. Unfortunately due to all our great politicians we have at the moment they completely messed things up and showed how weak they are! At the moment they will be walked over. Just my opinion and I would like to thank them for messing things up for our children or grandchildren as long as they are alright that’s ok enough rant over

Makes you laugh this vote. If I was TM when I win this vote of no confidence I would broker a deal cherry picked which also says we won’t pay any money back to the EU. Then when they point out Europe won’t accept that then say the two alternatives is leave with no deal or remain and let the people decide. Of which they I’m my opinion would vote remain then job done . As she is a remainer she would be happy and she could then also say she never forced this parliament did people voted it and walk away blame free clever really. Just my opinion
