TB has diluted all our shares - as of Thursday the earnings potential of each and every share we own diminishes by 20% because TB has helped himself. He sold to many PI's KNOWING he hadn't held back cash and was going to run this down for a big placement TO HIMSELF.
Yes, this is rising because there's hope we'll get something back now, but for many this has been a scam. I will be getting out of dodge as soon as I can get at least my original share money back - that will mean including the divi last year I've made the requisite return to move on to the next town.

If you can't understand what TB has done then you shouldn't be investing or here at all. Once more in plain English for you:
He had 16% of the company worth about 15p a share
He paid out a huge dividend (including to himself)
He then sold his share at about 45p, allowing the price to fall away to a sharp bottom
He then subscribed to buy back his 16% holding at 18p a share.
He's already up again as we speak......

Yep. TB sold his 16% share of BRH for about 45p and just bought it back for 18p, which means he's about to buy himself a bath of Chateau Latour courtesy of PI's and reduce the earnings potential for the rest of us.

If the big divvi had been reduced by £2.5M and BRH had held onto that money, then this raise wouldn't be required.

Of course in reality TB got himself a big divvi on 16% holding, then sold into the spike for a massive profit and now buys back in at peanuts. Trebles all round. the man is a rat.
