There are no shortage of shareholders who think getting 10p for something that's worth nothing is still a bargain.
There are others like me who have accepted it's all about waiting for a Phasefocus sale to get the hell out of dodge.

The last RNS (the formal info) said NO sponsorship, merchandise was £350k, streaming broke even, ticket sales were just in GROSS profit. There's absolutely no evidence of ANY net profit at all.
Indeed we just had to place more shares to take up Startart, nice for the owner of that little enterprise - who is that again?
Where's the cash then? Where's the long-suffering shareholders' return?
The truth - whether any of you want to admit it or not - is that we NEED NUMBERS & HARD FACTS.
Why has there been a complete lack of numbers....? It's now September.
I'll accept all sound maths when, and only when, we get some of the above.

Strewth. I'm miserable enough that I fell for DC's empty patter , but this thread adds insult to injury.
I don't want DC promising style news
I want hard numbers news
I don't want more chuffing placings
I don't want more smoke blown up my beep
and I definitely don't want any more share price predictions from adults who should know better.

15p from here would be a sudden re-rate of 4x where we are - that needs something concrete and big to happen.

And if (or when) this is what the RNS looks like we'll get Tintin telling us 25p next month just to put the icing on the cake!

Whatever and whenever we get an RNS - PLEASE let it have some solid numbers, just for once.

Back in that day there was a massive special dividend just paid.

Sadly Jas there's a difference between what's, for many of us, immoral and bad for shareholders - and that which is actually illegal.
I don't believe TB has done anything illegal, but he has absolutely behaved in a way that has damaged shareholder value while he has made a lot of money.
TB is nobody's fool, he knows how to make money - I hear this a lot here. It's true - just a shame it's all for him and not for us. BRH's book value is now reflected in the share price and in order to see a return here we need a change in fortunes.
CX300 isn't it in the next 12 months, as acknowledged by recent RNS. Phasefocus sale is our best bet. Even then the true return (discussed before) may take the SP to about 15p given the bloated number of shares now in issue.
In the meantime we continue to place and invest in TB's other businesses like CMH and now Aukett. No cash or value here for any of us.

I agree with your assessment of MB10 but also your sentiment on DC.
I am less interested in "exciting" news about Battersea bricklive and amazing plans for KPOP - I'm more interested in something we haven't had yet which is the concrete hard numbers showing exactly what we are worth as shareholders. NOT a promise of gross profit I can't trust or I'll never share in.
The gamechanger here will be proof we are cash positive and therefore resilient and out of the "placing" addiction DC has.

It was this bit I thought might be aimed at some of us:
"I appreciate that DC should have done something differently but to ridicule him on everything is pathetic".
But I know you're a genuine LTH and we all want to see this thing be a success. I can't help being critical because the whole KPOP thing and then the Startart shuffle have really damaged sentiment in my opinion.
I am at a low ebb with the whole LVCG story. This really has the potential to grow, but at the moment I am questioning what I have a "share" in.

It's understandable you and others bigging up our investment, defending the Chairman and being optimistic, but we also have to be able to explain the share price and the trades.
There are many voting with their cash right now and we have to face into why. Many of us are very disillusioned with the behaviour, the unfounded hype, the broken promises and the syphoning off of revenue the minute anything looks positive.
By all means post good info, by all means keep the faith, but you can't look down on others for being angry and disillusioned right now.

I would say the "investing" profits is the whole problem!!
I want LVCG to NOT reinvest any profit and instead retain it so we can demonstrate a positive cash flow, a positive cash balance for resilience and never need to place again (as DC has just done once again, for the umpteenth time in 3 years).

We all have to be realistic. This company is DC's - he is the main shareholder.
He has his cash leeches attached to the P&L - this year it's Startart, but he has other side hustles to move in too when the time is right.
Whatever "profit" or general revenue streams come in can be syphoned off as we have just seen.
The only thing that will transform the share price is when DC stops bleeding the cash before it reaches us PI's.
We need retained earnings, balance sheet growth and/or dividends.
I am still waiting for this to happen, as we all are.

The issue is "profit" - is that gross profit and then syphoned off to DC to buy Startart?
Or is it finally going to be operating profit driving value to shareholders?
Remember we're still having to place to pay the bills so the latter looks unlikely and that's the bit that matters.

interesting view Shardster - not a criticism just an observation here...

share dealing can and should be about finding shares below their fair value - the "unpolished diamonds" and selling when the market sees that value. It doesn't have to be (and shouldn't be IMHO) about playing "pass the parcel" with dog shares.

I do want my money back, but I accept it's highly unlikely.
hyping BRH, posting stuff I don't believe, to get a new PI to "carry my bags" doesn't sit well with me.
I would like the company I invest in to be run effectively and for the benefit of its shareholders - if that had been the case here from the start we would all be much happier.
To inspire new investors is the role of the board.
