You actually spent time and money getting a copy of the contract from the Korean government, and I'm impatient :-)

Everything you say here is technically correct, I've already done my learning - but doesn't answer my charge....
A line has made it onto the RNS because it's material, but without clarity or detail, leaving questions.... that could have been avoided with a simple explanation of what the licence covers. A well-run company communicates effectively.

We just have to agree to disagree on this point.
For me, It cannot be acceptable for PI's to have to go to foreign governments to get info on a contract which makes it onto an RNS. That which is "important enough" should be provided by a well-run company.

I appreciate it's not a legal requirement to share every contract - however, I think it IS a requirement to share information material to the business or share price.
If the contract signs over future earnings or a share of K.FLEX for example then it is material. There has been no detail on what that £300k is buying, what LVCG is handing over for that sum. There must be a reason for Jason Lee to pay over that sum, so what's the opportunity cost to us as shareholders of LVCG? Will we not get future revenues because he's licenced it from us?
I'm not convinced I should have to be contacting the Korean government to get answers!!

Good stuff, fair play to you. But why did you have to do that? Why couldn't LVCG share this openly with us? Does the contract guarantee any revenue other than the £300k already stated? Seems a strange way to go about things to me.

I want to debate with you on the facts - I try hard to do so with all my posts.
The facts are there in the RNS - balance sheet shrinking, loss posted, £18k cash left, a commitment to place further.
Why is that unacceptable to post - does it not fit your narrative by chance?
I am a LTH who feels misled from earlier this year - I had good debates with MB10 on relative share price predictions, only to find the reality hasn't measured up at all. The share price right now is a reflection of this.

This is how I read this board at the moment:-
If you're excited and "on board" then post happy stuff, claim the company have told you the future is amaziong, perpetuate the "echo chamber"- if not then you're spouting fallacy and need to sell up and leave, we don't want you here......

Sadly that £83k has been deposited into somebody else's account - check DC's remuneration.....

In my view £83k profit from one segment when there are £0.5M unattributed losses and a total group loss of nearly £1.5M is practically nothing.
Anybody here is free to judge the relative value for themselves.
In the light of "profits the size of the market cap" - seeing as you like fallacies.

I have been at pains to deal with the RNS and quoting facts - there is NO FALLACY in any of my posts. I am out there sharing the facts as distributed by LVCG themselves.

The RNS shows £83k attributable to LVCG. I count that as practically nothing. Not moaning, quoting the RNS.
I agree with you that improvements in everything they did could yield better results in 2023, I share your optimism there, but I accept it's not a guarantee or can be assumed as reality yet.

PS - very happy for you if you've bought more and are happy with your investment.
All I'm asking you for is to explain that optimism with real info so we have some balance. I trust you won't descend to "20p tomorrow" posts or tips for a "transformational" RNS :-)

No - I'm not moaning. I accept my investments for better or worse.
I do deal in facts and I have delved into the RNS in great detail to quote the relevant sections.
This company is loss making and I have quoted as such - when does stating the reality become moaning?
I have also said I can envisage a brighter future, but right now I understand people selling.
I remain clear that there is NO detail on future revenues in any RNS apart from the £300k from Jason Lee - please prove me otherwise. There is absolutely no guarantee of profit either.

As for contacting the company? What for? Can they tell me something that they can't say in a formal RNS? Of course not - I'd end up like the menace on here spouting lines and hopes, even worse getting sucked in by them!
