The market is going to give its own verdict.
The whole world can see NOTHING transformational in that RNS.
The O2 in November would seem like a massive thing, but it gets just 1 sentence in the RNS and no figures - all very low key.
Shortfall, loss and reduced net book value are not things to shout from the rooftops Tintin.
The creation of the K.FLEX is the big worry for me now - what's the need to farm out activity to a new venture? Who will appear as a shareholder in that new venture and will LVCG lose another slice of the future to this new venture?

I'm sure there are readers here who are double checking the RNS to make sure they haven't just overlooked the stuff which they didn't want to see. Equally I still have to hope that something will improve because like everyone else I'm down here.

I don't believe it's going to grow anything like we were led to believe - the licensing in South Korea caps our potential with KPOP too. They are paying us £300k for a slice of the future - we're not getting it for free.

If anybody tries to stick lipstick on this pig there are about 5 different extracts I could post from that RNS that include "disappointing", "lower" "shortfall" "unfortunately" - actually here they are!!!!!

I'm sure most of us will comment on the content if and when it lands - no predictions or excited guesses beforehand
I will also try to retain a sense of humour because you need it here.

If Tintin (for once) actually DID know something due tomorrow that's "transformational" either way, then somebody needs to be prosecuted for market abuse and divulging price sensitive data.
That's one key reason why you have to see through his posts.

I avoided the hype yesterday because it wasn't based on solid NEWS, I'll ignore the revert back to 3.3p today for the same reason. Another stark lesson in why we need a dose of reality on these boards, not the boiler room brigade.

Suedee - this message board should be a space to discuss what's really going on and NOT an echo chamber for ramping and hype for the sake of it - or worse to drag in unsuspecting investors like a ponzi scheme.
This share should grow and reward us on the basis of real performance, but at the moment it's failing.

over £1M EBIT from Startart incoming.....
DC messaged me yesterday, news next week.....

today's shareprice is a sad reflection of a wider market fearing war, inflation, high interest rates and recession but it's not helped by the dreams and hopes piped to shareholders without end results.
I still believe when the dust settles this is a company that "could" make a good profit - but it needs to be run smartly, resiliently and generate some proper income.
Nobody can say that of LVCG right now.
