Hopes and dreams may not fit with the hard stats, hence issues with accounts production and broker note.

Shame the CX300 isn't a radiation test or a launch detector - could be big money in that over the coming weeks.

Not sure what will happen with share prices in the coming weeks.
Hard to get people to a KPOP concert in a nuclear winter.

PS - I don't want to see new investors come in here - even if it makes the price go up a little bit - just to feather my own nest. I don't like that kind of message board posting. Better people choose to invest knowing what they are investing in and if we make any gains in the future its driven by genuine good performance not a hype campaign like the one that spiked so many on here today.

Shardster - I genuinely don't see what I post as negative other than to call out the blind rampers, misinformation and what I believe is poor stewardship of our company.
What's negative about talking BRH in terms of what's real? What's negative about the following:
- CX300 isn't going to multibag because of any COVID test
- CX300m isn't going to be sold anytime soon (as per RNS) for any purpose
- Phasefocus is the most likely next sale
- The market cap is still a bit higher than book value
- Trevor Brown has bought and sold shares in BRH for his own purpose - he has been at the helm when BRH have invested in other companies Trevor Brown has an interest in. He has sold shares in BRH at prices way above the prices he has paid, he also had a family relationship with FAB books when they bought in, then sold out at higher prices than today.

None of this may make you or I happy, but it's the reality.

I have poured scorn on the cheerleaders for their behaviour - I will continue to do so whenever they resurface with their carp. I have poured scorn on the way TB has behaved and will continue to do so whenever this activity resurfaces.

I have not poured any scorn on the other BRH investments (outside CX300) or other long suffering shareholders.
As far as BRH goes I've repeatedly said Phasefocus is the next profitable investment to sell - my anger is what residual benefit I'll get from that sale because of TB and the way that BRH is run. Right now for me the share represents just about net book value, maybe a tad overpriced at the moment, but a Phasefocus sell could get us the 15p or so that lets some of us get out of dodge. That's not pouring scorn on the share.

AUK reported terrible numbers - then TB sold his shares to BRH (checking the RNS that is my understanding).
TB therefore has cash for his AUK investment - BRH has a loss making "investment".
There is also CMH like RMS where TB has crossed investments. Where else? Will we find out with this latest placing?

because he already has shares in Aukett - this allows him to swap his money around and use one "investment" to shore up another.
You and I don't enter into any of the discussions and our returns/losses are not relevant to him.

of course, he has a reason.
He now has more control to ensure the next tranche of buying Aukett S****e goes through without a hitch - or whatever "investment" he has planned for BRH's money into a company he also has an interest in.

Remember that EGM when we famously got a NO to this - then TB bought some more shares, re-voted at the AGM and just got a YES?
What's the new shares in circulation? 63M? If this shower could sell Phasefocus for double its book value we'd still get less than 10p a share back and there would be absolutely nothing left on the books....
Still, watch out for the Phasefocus sale - if that RNS comes out there will be hype and enough newbies will pile in......

There is every possibility that the LVCG share price has hit the bottom: then again it might creep a tiny bit lower depending on news flow (or lack thereof).
I reckon (as I did last January) that tranches at 3.5p are an even money bet, so I don't blame you or think you are a fool for your trades.
The big challenge for you is to time an exit so you don't get stuck on a KPOP B.S. spike. I'm the same.

If (and this is a stretch) LVCG actually turns some solid numbers, this may yet be a winner.
If DC can put the ball into an open goal from 3 feet for all of us and not keep dipping his own bread......

The business model needs to be consolidated and brought to maturity. Each division needs focus and strategy, with a drive to generate positive cashflow, save that up to make LVCG resilient, then start a small dividend policy.
No more bright ideas, no more syphoning off every penny income into another purchase. no more placings.
That will drive the SP to where it should be and stop all the urban myths that lead to spikes and traps. There are some sound business ideas in here, but they are not being maximised.

And "profitable" keeps getting used as a proxy for shareholder value, which it isn't.
It needs to make it to the bank or our pockets for that.
These shows will drive some "positive cashflow" - if that ends up being spent buying a company DC already owns then who makes the money in the end?
Lots of people also conveniently forgetting LVCG only owns part of the KPOP revenues...... it's a joint venture.

£2.5M of net revenue (NOT to be confused with profit) would be massively optimistic - so back we go to needing some HARD FACTS. The last Frankfurt festival had NO sponsorship, £350k merchandising revenue, NO streaming net revenue and "profitable" ticket sales of £??
In the meantime why make an investment decision on a fantasy about 4-8 festivals? Has Walter Mitty been back out there sending private messages to people?
The valuation of LVCG might grow in 2023, but it'll be another boom and bust spike driven by rampers and twitter rumours unless we can shore up the truth with real data. It's really noticeable how little of that we actually get, but there's no shortage of unfounded hype.
I will make my call on whether to call it quits when I have any kind of grasp of what's really happening.

Your blind ramping is just getting silly Tintin - you've predicted everything from 3p to 25p in the last 3 months alone.
Even if every division of LVCG makes a gross profit the company may still be worthless to us shareholders because what actually matters is retained profit and/or dividends. If the inflows from every division are simply syphoned off to buy the next DC owned sub company, so he gets the money, then what do we gain? Sadly what we probably gain is "goodwill" on our balance sheet which will be written off over future years.
For any M/C to quadruple there has to be a 4x change in those bottom line fundamentals - as you pointed out earlier you think there's been some money made but you can't remember - hardly a basis for a ramp.
I hope (and that's fading) there will be some solid news on all of this:
1) How has Frankfurt finally turned out in ££ after all the overheads are accounted for
2) Where are these other KPOP concerts for 2022/3 we were getting excited about?
3) Exactly how much revenue we're getting from StartArt (not an EBITDA estimate worth its weight in fag ash)
4) What is actually happening with Formula E - no sponsorship announced yet, when will we know if it's actually happening?
5) What gross profit are we actually getting from Bricklive?

In the meantime all you can offer Tintin is blind ramps and vague personal messages from DC
