We are not in production yet and no RNS stated as such. I would accept slippage to September as being not the worst timeline.

My understanding was that Lanstead would sell out. They are not a company who continues to hold investments in AIM companies for the mid to long term. They want out.

But having not been notified, we just don't know. However the downward drag on the sp has stopped so maybe they have stopped selling.

The reason why we are not at 0.6p is the market doesn't see confirmation we can utilise the gold. Currently it's just in the ground.

Martin and Claire report another 10m intersection of 2g/T. So what? Can anyone remember the last one drilling report? The next one will be the same. More gold we currently can't mine, either legally or financially.

It's all moot until we get the EL, sign JVs or other on licences.

This sp isn't going above 0.35 until something other than drilling is announced. (However if we find 100m @10g/T I might change my mind 😊)

Why do you think the overwhelming majority of posters on here are disgruntled with the Comms of the company, the timeliness of news and the inability of the company to stick to deadlines. (We haven't RNSd that we are ALREADY in production 3 months are stating in an RNS that we would, so we have missed that deadline - regardless of the guff you spout about progress based on what is a paid for piece of propaganda).

Why do you think the majority of shareholders are disgruntled on here?

Why are you and Howezap the only ones to defend CB's Comms?

Do you think you are the only one to understand the process?

Just to put a bit of perspective here, my view is:

Hole 41: very good, 10m intersection is impressive.

Hole 40: good because it extends mineralisation north, not bad intersections, but could be better.

Hole 42: drilled 140m+ and only found ONE metre. Saved by the fact it extends the system. Claire will possibly think it's petering out though. Good to find the edges perhaps. (Although will still claim it's open in all directions - it's a pretty vague term)

All in all, it's decent because it's new gold. But it's not 50m+ runs so won't make anyone say "BLOO** he'll, I need to invest in ORR."

As said before, all of this is now superfluous. We have the golf. How will MC monetise it? How will he get shareholder value?

It's not going to be by more drilling. We're not going to hit the £1m bonus with 1m runs of gold are we...

You still haven't addressed the issue of Colin confirming we will be in copper production inside THREE months, back in February.

We have not had this confirmed by the market. Therefore we are late.

You would be sensible to ignore the paid for promotion that is the Roast podcast, JD, being the sensible chap that you are.

I only trust RNS and even then, forward looking statements by one Colin Bird, seemingly can't be trusted.

We're not idiots, JD. We can all read the official news releases and listen to the guff that Colin spouts. We can all read between the lines.

You're not correcting anyone's lies - all the above is fairly simple to understand.

And you can't prove anything because it's not been RNSd. If you want to prove us all wrong, text Colin to RNS an update - I doubt he will though because the Nomad might ask more stringent questions than Kev and Phil, who ask about as probing questions as Keenan and Kel or the Chuckle Brothers.

I have sometimes found on AIM that raises can take place when you are least expecting it.

Yes, we have cash for the end of the tox studies, but not much beyond that.

It wouldn't surprise me to see a red dot and see we have raise 1-2m in the next week or two.

Possibly right after the RNS confirming tox complete.

We currently do not have non dilutive funding so a placing it must be. Although I do like the saying, "we do not have a deal, until we have a deal." So who knows.

But I wouldn't trust past BoD statements too much on funding. AIM chairs always say that and then realise funding is required sooner rather than later.

I would like them to lower expectations for 737 - surely someone would take it for 5m and that would be plenty to see us through to phase 2, cover all negotiations, even if into 2027 and also finalise all Receptor.ai and 1802 work streams.

CB stated in February via RNS that we would we be in production at SK by now.

The Roasties' question did not ask him about that timeline which was RNSd. They asked if we would be in production in ANOTHER 7 MONTHS.

I want to know why they do not challenge him on previous statements in RNS. The ramp up is SLOWER than CB has previously stated in official company statements to the market.

Reposting the interview with all Colin's guff doesn't cut it I'm afraid.

And to support Andrew - of course we all see the huge potential. Which makes it even more frustrating when Colin says 3 months to production and 3 months pass, he then says just wait another 7!

Back on the 3rd February, we were told by CB (in an RNS):

"The operation is within three months of production commencement and thereafter ramp up."

Why are we old talking about objectives before the end of 2026?

Why wasn't he asked:

"You said in February we would be in production by now. Why is it not already and how can we trust your statements going forward?"

And no one can say "Oh that was with Zac or the Roasties, you can't trust them - the above is taken directly from the 3/2/26 RNS.

Can we please stop with the "it would be great if we're in production by...." Shenanigans because all we ever do is kick the can down the road.

Or something like that. As long as the tox studies go well, I'd imagine whoever goes will probably enjoy themselves. We have a good stable of products and LOTS of potential. Hopefully the US advisors can organise some good meetings at these kind of meets as well.

Without getting ahead of myself, no major red flags in week 12 - must say I'm getting more confident with every week that goes by.

I believe it's 12 now as I asked if it was 11 last week.

75% of the way through and still no message saying it's been stopped. Imo this bodes well. Of course I was helpfully informed that the 16 weeks in some cases is just the beginning and ongoing monitoring of animal health is required but in my mind we are already doing far better than before.

I.e. these animals are right for the job and 1801 has not harmed any just yet (touch wood!)

His last two RNS providing updates have to be fair to the geezer been quite promising. Again though, they are more of a forward look than progress updates. We EXPECT to be in production by XYZ. We ENVISAGE it being a modular container system etc etc.

He managed to calm the nerves of some justifiably irate longer term shareholders in Q1 but if his promises fall apart or his forward looks (once again) prove inaccurate then the AGM may well be the last straw for many.

My patience will be zero if we have no confirmation of a) money in the bank from Manica and b) steady production with confirmation of stats by that point.

Not entirely sure posing questions around how we propose paying for 3 JVs with no income currently is rubbish.

My own two penny's worth.

Senala - I agree with ON ("I'd be happy to reduce % stake for a free ride.") Senala is small fry and I don't see it being a game changer or there being any worth in using vital funds which could go towards Mbe on this. It's a distraction, but still worth keeping our hat in the ring, of course.

Bibemi - it's our proof of concept. Again, not a game changer as it's currently a quarter (?) the size of Mbe (N+S). Useful though as it's testing the water with the authorities as to whether they are keen for a gold mine.

Again, though I don't see us diverting funds away from Mbe towards Bibemi. Building a mine costs a lot of money - I don't see us putting in 50% of the costs (£5m +?) to fund this.

Mbe - really interesting options appraisal there GOH.

My understanding is we are funded for step out drilling which will give us more ounces in the inferred category and probably not convert much at all into the indicated. The very nature of it is to explore new ground ie. We are not firming up current resource.

I'm not entirely sure we are funded for infill drilling.

Option 3 would be useful from a finance perspective. But Martin previously has said we are keen to end up producing. Or was it Bob in the presentation a few months ago. Publicly, they have stated they are keen to take Mbe into operation. I don't really see how we can do this as we don't have the funds for mine building - it will cost more than our MC to finish exploring and then build.

Getting 1m here and there won't fund a mine for sure.

It's very exciting and lots going on in 4 different areas (5 if you count the cement - what's going on with that? Find a partner and begin production?). But I'm very intrigued how we intend to play this out...

I do wonder how we are planning on funding the JV at both Senala, Bibemi and Mbe.

It will require dilution or selling one or more of the above. We are nowhere near revenue streams - minimum 3 years probably. So how do we plan on funding the JVs is the important question.
