I think he generally knows no bounds about being wrong, especially when it comes to timings. I'm invested here because I generally agree with what he's saying. More electricity means more copper. That much is obvious. But beyond that, my mother could pluck dates for shifting winds and a turn in the copper price out of thin air with as much certainty as he can.

Market cap currently £3.87m. We were at one stage valued over 50m. The decline is utterly staggering and fully on Colin's shoulders.

Copper price is 9,000 USD. Colin has been bleating for years about 12k copper. It hasn't materialised. When all's said and done, he's not delivered. His forward looking statements in all areas of the business has been conjecture, misleading and undeliverable.

You can't keep blaming the market, whilst encouraging (via your henchmen) people to see the value being created.

I actually don't see any value. 8 weeks since some phantom drill bit supposedly hit the ground in some contested part of deepest, darkest Africa.

Essentially no exploration in 2.5 years apart from some bush clearing and CTRL+F "copper mineralisation" in some old AA PDFs. The lack of activity, despite money coming in, is unacceptable.

Completely agree. It wasn't long ago when the BoD were aspiring to complete phase 1b by the END of 2024. Forward looking statements by the BoD really are utterly worthless.

I would love to think the delay is due to discussions. Ultimately, it wouldn't hurt to be getting on with things while discussions with one partner continue. Are we putting our eggs in one basket? It would be typical for us to stall as per a partner's request, delayed 3-6 months and then talks to fall through. We should have told the parties we are ploughing on as soon as phase 1a was finished. We could have had interim results back by now if we'd shown some chutzpah, drive and urgency, a magical combo possibly lacking in the 20 years of Sareum PLC...

I guess we will now never know for certain the identity of the Californian Bio. Complete waste of time unfortunately.

However, let this be a lesson for Parker etc.

The risks of on-licence and potential milestone payments are huge. Twice handed back and years spent waiting for news, with zero control of priorities and progress.

I hope Parker et al are now fully convinced we need to be taken out lock stock and barrel. If you want it, you need to pay for it.

There will be no games, shenanigans, possible payments down the line, possible handing back if we feel like it while we scramble around wondering what to do with 1802.

If an on-licence is accepted, it will show they have learned nothing from today and from Sierra.

If you want it, you need to pay the asking price and you get the lot. No games. No ifs, no buts.

We were at 2p (£1 in current money) 13 years ago, 11 years ago and 4 years ago.

Admittedly we are far from this now, but that's because the market is broken. SAR will be my last foray in AIM due to stagnation, corruption and the rest. Our share price does not reflect our value.

Tim et al have said what they think we should be worth. £3-400m should be the minimum here. I would be very disappointed with any less.

I think we'd all bite their hand off at £5 a share in less than 12 months. Only 10p old money but it means everyone has made some money, no one's made a loss and some have made a shedload for their unbelievable patience and loyalty to this long term project.

LTHers deserve a win, even if slightly less than we hoped in the COVID hype days.

Agree SOG. We won't get as much info as we would like however if we are told basic information, I would like to think that the squadron of SAR backers/diggers will be reaching out and making enquiries within days.

They may want to remain latent, for god knows what reason, but we simply can't hold shares in a company and not reveal who they are.

It is all INCREDIBLY murky hence why CRUK have put in this milestone. I wonder what the next one would be should there continue to be zero (publicly reported) progress?

Handed back by end of 2025? At that point it would be obvious a pharma had ulterior motives. 737 has had success and there is potential. There is NO other reason for not progressing it, other than for some kind of Machiavellian reasons...

I genuinely think the BoD will have batted away offers above 200m GBP *already*, and possibly 2-3 years ago when the 800m PER therapeutic was mentioned. When we got to 250m MC, I'd imagine we may have been mentioned (in private conversations, on the down low), perhaps up to 400m but this is just guesswork. Bottom line is nothing was good enough.

I believe the BOD understand the potential here, that it is very close (as mentioned earlier) and understand what exactly needs to be done to get the right offers.

What I would say is missing is the know how / savviness to get us there, hence the RF fiasco, hiring the absolute cowboys PH and implementing consolidation rather than worrying about the pipeline.

In summary, they have a figure in mind. It ain't got 9 figures....

Completely agree CB taking a bonus (on top of his pay rise) that was not shared with shareholders, with the backdrop of 5 year share price lows and no reinvestment is a massive issue.

Absolute mismanagement PLUS no regard for his long term and long suffering shareholders.

We don't know for certain. Share price on AIM rises when there is news of certain income, on-licence/Joint venture or a buy out.

Interesting little tidbits from Parker here, especially the California clue. Either he's very cleverly hinted or may have compromised an NDA (re 737).

He may also possibly be frustrated by 737 having made no progress in 12 months. If it is treeline and all signs point to that being the case, they have had lots of time and funding over the past two years and still they are essentially a submarine.
