Tea biscuit ,
You are surely a simple soul , possibly well meaning but I doubt it , - like the rampers that you rightly criticise, you are also guessing .
But facts are facts and here are a few for you to debate and deny.- At present and no one knows 100% which way this will go, but some entities, individuals and organisation have more info, research and knowledge than you and the other self professed experts on this board will ever have -
Major investors hold at least 70% of the shares (those are the ones holding above the 3% declared threshold) but I practice there will be a lot more just below the 3% (Mati Esa Manner and the likes also hold a few % each).
A&B (HK) Company held about 11% last time I looked , Mako Salmi around the same .
Dr Marku himself has around 10%.
Aviva, Canacord, Tino and Polar Capital each sit around the 5% level .
Members of the board bought huge amounts at £8.00 per share.
II's after extensive DD paid £8.00 per share to raise 15million, the majority still hold for obvious reasons.
There are not many shares in free float (5-15% imo), that is why this can move very fast in both directions, and is easily manipulated.
The Company are awaiting the Japanese trials with are expected this month or next (official guidance from Consilium) . They will then analyse the data, not least the use of Corticosteroid, once the data is available .
So the Jap results will be useful, as will the experimental data on lung tissue from the YODA results, only then will the company be able to undertake a comprehensive review of Traumakine and determine the way forward. Until this happens the Share Price can and will do what it likes as far as I am concerned, but with , IMO , between 80-95% of shares being closely held, this will move very quickly, and if the II's thought it was a good bet at £8, and the BoD bought in at £8, and the quality IIs that are still holding then that is good enough for me.
I hold and have added again twice this morning.
Can it return to £8+ ???? ,Yes, Wil it return to £8.00+, who knows - it is very possible imo, and if it does then I would rather have my cash on the same side of the fence as the huge institutions that have experts doing the research , than a couple of underpants clad bb posters that clearly have not invested or researched a share that they spend hours watching and commenting on (no disrespect to T-biscuit and others).
Good luck all buyers, sellers traders of this share. It will be a rollercoaster -- IMOO...……………...
