disappointing as I thought the Runcorn facility was already completed and ready to go , not far off now which is positive I suppose - but as in todays rns - it will continue to be commissioned and tested during the fist half of 2019 before any commercial production begins . - to me , the facility is not completed until it is fully commissioned signed off and ready to go but sure that some will somehow put a positive spin on it ……………..
