More specifically this experience includes the supply of specialist equipment to Life Science clients, B2B service provision and the implementation of growth plans in SME businesses. Mr Slater has been working with Avacta since June 2012, primarily in a commercial and operational capacity within Avacta Analytical and latterly within Avacta Animal Health.'

Retireby40...and those 7 weeks will allow any analysists/investors etc to get an idea of annual revs. I suspect we will get a little update and hopefully insight into future prospects.
We should also see if existing deals have generated more income this year. Income is key...

From 7 April 22 to about 27 April 22 we saw a 100% SP increase. Results on 6th and Last Poster Presentation started on 8th...which caused the increase.
This years results will see new Launch income.

Avacta Group plc (AIM: AVCT), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative cancer therapies and powerful diagnostics based on its proprietary Affimer® and pre|CISION™ platforms, is pleased to announce that AffyXell, its joint venture with South Korean drug maker Daewoong Pharmaceutical, has expanded its strategic partnership with GenScript ProBio, a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturer.

AffyXell is a joint venture established in January 2020 by Daewoong Pharmaceutical and Avacta, developing the next generation of cell and gene therapies based on mesenchymal stem cells which incorporate Affimer® immunotherapies. This new class of stem cell therapy is designed to produce Affimer® proteins, in situ in the body, that reduce inflammatory or autoimmune responses to the stem cell therapy to potentially enhance their therapeutic effects.

GenScript ProBio, part of Genscript Biotech Corporation (HKG: 1548), is a leading global contract development and manufacturing organisation providing a best-in-class, one-stop platform for research and development of biological drugs, DNA plasmids and lentiviruses, and for clinical production of cell and gene therapy products.

AffyXell and GenScript ProBio are extending their strategic manufacturing partnership, which they entered into in December 2021, that covers AffyXell’s first drug development programme to include additional future programmes. The partnership covers process development and production of viral vectors required for the production of AffyXell’s future cell therapy products. In addition, as part of this strategic alliance, GenScript has now committed to take an equity position in AffyXell at a future funding round, and the two companies will collaborate in the area of business development, including potential out licensing.'

Myles...I've voiced my concerns regarding FTI...big hitters in their field and the go to for shareholder communications - but they refuse to speak to little old PI's...not good. Zyme again have plenty of companies listed on their site but nothing much coming out from them and from what I can see they are pretty light weight.

FTI's appointment was never mentioned and I just have this nagging feeling they have been 'placed' to almost keep a lid on things. I'd even go so far as to say our current and possibly potential partners have insisted on the likes of FTI being in place to protect confidentiality.

Based on what you've just posted...what are your feelings regarding these two companies....????

We also have the next qtrly interest payment mid April which would see another 3m odd shares being issued. Will the price remain low or will they bump up the SP. Year End also might be a factor and reason to kerp SP suppressed...

'Lots of talk about company split buy out etc but what about acquisitions...? That's the route Avacta have said they are taking. They already have a nice cash generator with the purchase of Launch...what's next? How about a RTO to get instant US Listing and/or manufacturing facilities and/or more distribution and/or ????

We were told they would be going ahead with D5 and D6 due to safety being good...we have been given the go ahead by the SC. They don't have any obligation to tell us when they start the new dosing as far as I can see...the obligation is to tell us they are continuing the trial which is the financially significant bit of info.

£500,000 could be available to Avacta...companies soending ovrr £2m on new cancer drugs could receive this.
