RAH0084 perhaps the guys at the Investors Presentation were told a change of dose was being applied for and that's why we didn't see the rise as they were waiting for this Approval RNS...No dose increase woukld have potentially pushed timelines out...

- Cohort II was 120mg/m2
- Cohort III was 160mg/m2
- Cohort IV was 200mg/m2.
- Cohort V is 250mg/m2.
Cohort V1 ? 260/m2 ??? Or 250mg/2 ???

OK so the dose has increased by 50mg instead of the previous 40mg....however, should they not reach MTD this time around and we go to next Cohort...could they have had permission to increase that by say 60mg...
That is to say, instead of it being an increase of 40 to 50 could it be an approved increase of 10mg over the previous Cohort?

Oh and brokers like ii and HL don't have to report holdings to the company if the shareholding is not their's but just the total of shares they hold on behalf of PI's.

The onus is on the II shareholder to advise the company (Avacta) what their holding is if they have crossed any reportable thresholds or if they are new and above the 3%. It is then the company (Avacta) who advises the markets with a TR1. I do know that some II shareholders 'forget' to tell the company or only tell them once they've finalised a large buy or sell order which may have taken them across several thresholds. It's a bit hit an miss sometimes.

It certainly should have been an RNS...and Press Release...her appointment is significant to the company...
