Have to agree to disagree sir, and I believe you make the stupid statements not myself, but I'm certainly not getting into any slanging match but stand by my comments that no attempts were made to downplay the huge projected figures coming from the 70 odd deals made.
I'd love to see a list where each company is listed and just how much income resulted. Even if the one third excelled, one third did ok and one third failed (what SOH also stated), we missed the mark by miles.

One of the biggest dangers with small companies like ours is that there will never be lots of news. Croda giving SBTX info they can release really is the last thing they actually want to do, and alert any competition just who good our products are.
I also fall foul of this, probably because we've been burnt badly in the past with other products. however they have stated that things are going well. Appreciate comments like this don't cut it as I'm a facts and figures investor.

Either that or forced seller, strange time to sell. mind you creates opportunity for someone else.

thanks for your sensible posts fp1989, good to get back to realism, and also discussing our company and its strengths. Mind your your valuation of 5,3GBP, is very good in my eyes.

One thing for investors here is the company is now coving all the options. If the sanctions and troubles drag on they have a plan to diversify our assets, if not then thats good as well. They clearly want the money back from the big players, and if the plan is a good one they might get it pretty quickly as well.

On reserves, they just paid enough to prove a min 10 year production lifespan, they did not look or ask for any more to be assessed to keep down costs because thats all that was required. Its not just a ten year life?

One thing that will probably be correct if those buying now want in before any share split so they can have stock in both companies. That is they wont be selling in any hurry..so if it is confirmed by our company there is a very strong chance that these rises are here to stay.

nothing to do for a lot of the investors here, relax and enjoy the ride. Stock was badly oversold anyway and might have a long way to go yet.

I'm thinking if something of a split was to happen, shareholders who have a position now will still own their share in the Russian side of any assets. However if they then operated as two different accounting companies, us shareholders could be paid any Khaz due dividends but not the Russian due ones.
Certainly the company is large enough to entertain two companies.
However post split, peeps buying stock will only be for Khaz assets not any rights for Russian ones.
The percentage held in Russian assets might have to wait for sanctions to be removed, then shareholders here could reap rewards on that proportion.
Often with spitting away of companies we find that the two half's are worth a lot more than the whole, and management can concentrate more on the assets and it becomes less inflexible and more streamlined. This can lead to increased profits, in a few cases I could mention.

certainly does seem a re-valuation of our microbiome stocks is taking place. could guess at a couple of reasons, but will hold off until confirmed.

I see the steady buying action is continuing on both companies, dont think its pi's. Now remember who had the war chest.

We do have about 3/4, regular trolls on here who do actually understand but try to cause disruption on this board. I believe we know them from old from the ADVFN board. Best put on ignore.

does seem like someone really wants a wedge of opti stock today. decent wedge just bought there. perhaps a divi is coming there.

I really hope both companies do very well indeed.
We have moved on from "jam tomorrow", to hard sales and those sales are expected to rise.
One thing I do know, is that when a company share price rises on sustained and accelerating sales it does not retrace like we have seen with both our companies over the past 1 and 4 years, where then it was founded on expectation and not actual sales.
Which one will do the best??? Very hard to call, one has over 70 signed deals producing not a lot, while the other has just one main product launched but a pipeline with several more pending.
Both have a golden product, one is sweet the other clearly psoriasis treatment.
However for me, psoriasis stands out above all others, by my time taken viewing the psoriasis forums where millions of sufferers are really searching for anything that will aid them from this horrible skin condition. I believe news of our product will soon snowball, so why I prefer this one.
