I put this on the end, think most missed it...Anyone care to comment as I'm slightly confused.
Thank goodness for Croda..I thought they were sharing our product with top 12 VIP's. However todays RNS now says "awaits the outcome of its marketing activities to its 12,000 VIP global cosmetics clients, ".
Seems we may need all we can get.

Certainly the product works well, however it does appear that the USA launch has been a complete disaster. Even trustpilot showing very few US customers.
So how many probable subscribers have we got??? Well on those released figs and my got to excuse my fag packet maths all things being equal (which they are not), comes out at 276 subscribers? (if on the cheapest option).
Pretty pants really, little wonder the RNS says "subscribers are increasing gradually."
So the influencers clearly pocketed the cash for little gain indeed. Also the mighty NPF, may be vocal...but somethings clearly not right in a major way.
Nice to see Oral progress. But still years away.

However we lost a lot of money on OPTI stock and I believe that shareholders (current and previous alike), deserve a much more detailed explanation of exactly what's gone wrong and where things currently stand on every single deal.
Blaming current climate is hogwash when you view just how many years have passed to get those sales up. I don't believe that the 70 odd companies that signed deals to market our products all failed to produce significant revenue as originally touted all due to failure of those many very successful companies. Something is rotten here, and shareholders deserve to know the truth. Otherwise its chucking good money after bad.

Please get off your horse as i'm just as inntiltilled to give my opinion on any stock, without any investors trying to turn it into a personal attack. Perhaps if you had listened previously you would not be down as much today. Do you really think this stock is a good one to invest in right now.. Happy to discuss the pros and cons, but its clear which way the tide is running, with truly awful results. I've only echoed here what I've posted privately to a group of personal investors in OPTI, and its not a buy, may well see a lot more selling soon. Good luck with your investments think you may need it.

I believe current fair value for opti is 11.6p, thats due to the 36,138,569 holding in sbtx at 21p. worth 7.5M.
As for the board..dont even cover their wages by a huge margin...they are costing shareholders money.
8 years to produce this is a disgrace... 125k, with loads of the same year on year excuses...how much can the long suffering shareholders put up with these excuses of jam tomorrow. He should go now.

Can now see some possible reasons for the outburst a short while back by SOH attacking SBTX. Funny how with time it all comes out in the wash.
Clearly with SBTX having sales over 50K a month, its 4 times what OPTI are achieving, in a very short time scale indeed.
Pure green eye confirmed. I'm not a OPTI holder anymore, but if I was I'd sell everything right now.
Love to see the list of 60 plus deals and income set against each...and why not???? not good reading at all.

The RNS on OPTI yesterday revealed a set of truly awful trading results. many other companies are doing very well so should not just try and blame it on the current climate. In my view opti stock on its own is almost worthless, its only the shares it holds here that's keeping it afloat.
No real reason why this stock should be also dragged down with OPTI, unless its mistakenly being "tarred with the same brush", which is true if SBTX dropped, OPTI would fall but not the other way around.
I've certainly no knowledge of any bad news on the SBTX front, and everything points to steady increasing subscriptions which is great news.

yes they did hold for year or so, guess they have resumed as previous. used to do about a percent a time.

price action over last 2 days does point at at a large player offloading a decent chunk. must be close to 1.5M shares sold.
Support is certainly pretty strong with no real crash which might be expected with trades of this size.

certainly some heavy offloading taking place, got to be 6/700 k today.

yep, I snaffled one of those batches with just a few hundred shares short, very pleased.

no rns or position reported yet. Just my personal opinion entirely, going on their track record and current stated strategy moving forward from their re-amalgamation, and moving into the high value specialised markets.

Not me, directionally the opposite in fact, just would like to see more confirmation of positive sales data. I'm still firmly in the camp of Croda taking a bigger company position.

Would be good to see more progress on the long term effects of our product exceeding trial length. Know many had their conditions eased, but now peeps are taking it 24/7, has it managed to eradicate the condition for those with even serious conditions. Nice to collate more evidence.
