I believe the Jury on SA is still out.
What's been stated is that the 1.2M earnings could have been achieved had SA signed the deals and lock-ins but could potentially see a much better one that could be achieved. To do that he must had had some communications to that effect, or would have taken the 1.2M and made us all happy.
So we wait to see if a deal materialises which will knock the 1.2M into a ****ed hat, in which case the share price will most certainly rise and SA will most certainly be forgiven, or if nothing comes of it, it makes the more sceptical amongst us, think and will publicly and rightly say that it was all a load of BS. That's those that believe " a bird in the hand is worth more than two in the bush".
Clearly we have investors here on both sides of this divide, and even the latter ones will be hoping the former proves correct, and I count myself as one of these.
This is regardless of what riches the Croda deals bring.

Might be a bit of a stock squeeze on currently as although volume low, its all been buying today. cannot get a instant price now on barc, will only take orders which is the first time for a while.

Just thinking about our already high customer re-order rates for axis, already in the high 80's.
As the satisfied customer base steadily grows and expands this percentage of total customers re-ordering will also continue to get higher. Would not be surprised to see in over 95 percent within a year and then remaining at those levels or even higher as numbers subscribing become permanent users.
In effect it will only be new customers for whom the product was not suitable or it did not work for them and their lifestyle keeping it below 100%, not existing customers unless they pass away. (This does not sound much but will be 1-2% a year).

One things good to see today, and that's the sellers have certainly dried up. "The only way is up".

Really appreciate the viewpoints put out today and actually ticked up ones with an opposing viewpoint to mine, and have taken the views in (and actually privately posted a couple as well). I actually hope my initial views were wrong, because if the ones that you guys post prove to be correct, when the 1.2M miss was RNS'd initially if reasons expressed here by AS/Toyin?Elrico come to pass the share price should have actually have jumped higher not sunk, that's if it had been accompanied by one of those reasons or explained better. Our share price back in the spring was close to 50p.
Believe this is a clear example of boards and forums working at its best, when some opposite views and opinions are aired and shared without malice.
I know for every person adding an opinion we have a dozen reading without commentating and there have been some cracking posts and explanations kindly shared this pm.
I also believe and know that my view (to now), was shared by others, one of least spoke to me about adding stock just yesterday, and if for example this gents views are altered, along with others helps restore confidence and will cause our stock prices to rise and any selling due to the material miss to cease.
Lol Elrico, no weed but an oversold share price in my humble opinion, but in truth I've been taking quite a few very recently, even better if it transpires that a mega deal might be along before long.

Also what you suggest is very reasonable indeed as our product as we all know works really well and is unique.
A big global player seeking exclusivity might want to really storm the market especially if they have the muscle, financial clout and experience to drive it down the big pharma path. They would most certainly require the whole cake for this proposition and no other signed deals.

Hope you are correct on this and I'm wrong so if it proves the case I'll happily buy you an ale or two when I see you in the future.
Just reading some more positive posts, however there is some continuing ref to delivery times so bringing the distribution hub a bit closer is certainly justified. Used to be OK, but now with other companies raising the bar, people expect it within a few days.

That's if there were any distribution deals, for me the Jury is most certainly not convinced on this particular pillar. I believed axis was all direct selling utilising the mighty NPF and influencers, and I actually believed it would generate sufficient sales as well. However I also believe this company at current price is a bargain and why the 33k top up not long before the bell was mine.
Certainly errors have been recognised before too much harm done, the most probably in investor confidence and CEO pride. However get a good deal or two done and some positive Croda news and we will be knocking on our highs again in no time.

My personal viewpoint is that his excuses about pulling the deal which failed to achieve the 1.2M is a load of horse****. Spoken honestly to other private investors and they also believe the same. The B to C approach failed, so hes doing now what he can to salvage things on this pillar. However that being said and out the way our company does have a hell of a lot going for it, and a lot of deals already achieved and about to bear fruit.

Hi Phat , I agree with you on Axis, however time will tell whether SA was correct in holding off on signing away a deal which might have hit the 1.2M target. Myself I'm suspicious by nature so will probably have the same opinion as yourself.
Share price is currently fair as a result, and I have been increasing my position greedily very recently due to the fact that we have quite a few products in the pipeline and the Croda purpose built production line should soon start to produce income for us later this year.
Bear in mind axis was ahead of schedule, so if we give them back the years grace and sort of say to ourselves "what sort of shape do I expect SBTX to be in this time next year".
For me the answer is a much better income stream, and news about Croda and probably about another axis partnership deal with a major. Then there is Acne being formulated by our partner and very desirable company in itself Winclove.
So look ahead and anyone can see that any stock purchased sub 25p now is a bargain. Thats my current outlook and as always DYOR.

Think with current uk demand I could store all the required product in my workshop. 2 months supply is not a large package and the total would not require more than a handful of Pallets. We don’t need a warehouse just some expandable rented shelve space.

Think we should also in fairness bear in mind, that at the time Europe was experiencing huge logistic difficulties with packaging , and logistics and no actually knowing if USA or uk would require the lions share of supplies it certainly fitted the he bill and enabled Winclove to store locally a large quantity of stock which they would not have been able to do otherwise

It should also reduce postage costs in time and money..no more customs holdups while they explore the "white power from Amsterdam". Certainly increase efficiency.

It is up for debate and a simple question. I also agree with you and my friends were of the opinion that axis was being sold via business to consumer B to C. I have been asking them this PM. I also believe the majority of investors on here believed likewise.

Hi Fellow investors, Clearly the price crashed due to failure to obtain the 1.2M target by a considerable margin. Can I ask all the investors here (not Elrico), one simple none trick question.

Prior to this kindly shared webcast where you off the impression that our axisbiotix sales were mainly B to C (business to Customer) or B to B (business to business) like a third party selling for us.( H and B).

Believe your answers will clearly explain why the price fell so badly and we are out of alignment with our company. (I've already asked a couple of friends and received the answer I expected.

The good thing is our company does have several strong pillars each of which is quite capable of making a great success, and holding the whole lot up.
Clearly sales of axis are poor, although the product is very good so they see a faster route to high sales with a major company.
As for Croda, that for me is certainly the intriguing part. If our product performs as good as some say it does it could become a mainstay ingredient in most skin creams in time although they will try and keep its exclusivity for their 12/12,000 customers.
Still a concern that the now reduced m/cap company will become food for another not wishing to pay royalties but wanting all the cake.
Believe shareprice is oversold and have been taking a good few orders recently.
