I'll also be asking for Toyin as a recent poster to be removed completely as his personal attacks on posters clearly by reports posted are putting investors off from posting. Was hoping to log on today and see just positive company news but I see the detractor is still trying to cause trouble and effect those who exercise freedom of speech. I wish he would go back to ADVFN from whence they came, as I was most certainly posting years many years before his unwelcome arrival.

Guess you are pretty inexperienced then by your reply, I did ask for some latitude and was over glossing , but its the Croda point I'm making not nit picking things out of context.
I've seen and heard some stories about some very major companies that would indeed make your eyes water and shake your head in disbelief. For example where crude oil was being stolen know where security were requested "to take the day off, with an envelope", and then a whole convoy of oil tankers rolled into the loading area, filled up and disappeared into the distance never to be seen again, and no questions asked. Admittedly that's from more uncivilised parts of the world, come closer to home you still get robbed the same just with a little more Finesse.

Bit of a heated day, but investors should be within their rights to post opinions on what they think about our company without receiving a more personal type of attack which we have been seeing recently. This includes suggesting to investors that they sell, suggesting they leave this forum, or accusing them of ignorance.
This behaviour is not merited, just because posters bring up criticism of our company on some aspects.
Its even worse when we then see other investors openly stating that they don't like to post anymore because of the negative more personal attacks they receive. This is unacceptable and lets all stop it now.

Well done Oleric (never thought I'd say that either), for making some money on your spreadbet. Its nice to hear success stories here.

I'd like to thank those investors here who have sent me private letters of support over the last few sessions. I certainly didn't expect it, and not a great deal of investors actually have my private e -mail address.
However they do have a commo vein in supporting the comments I have made, and they feel they don't want to publicly post as don't want to get into a slanging match with a couple of others here.
However I'm encouraged now that I now know that I do speak for the majority of investors here, and will continue to post my honest views and opinions until we get straight answers. I believe its completely wrong for anyone to say "you should sell up", when they have just admitted at being well underwater.
What we need to do is explore is exactly why we are so far underwater despite great products, what errors have been made and a clear road map laid out to all for free and at the same time, to ensure that everyone fully understands where we are right now. Once confidence is restored the share price will recover.

Want I would like to see is some decent ownership and admittance that serious errors have been made and not glossed over like I believe has been happening. Have the lessons been learnt and right analysis done.?
That's the reason why the pointed questions have not been answered, no one has given a reply to even Q1.
I remember being told that "we are already Wincloves second biggest customer and could become the largest". Well we are Wincloves biggest pink elephant currently.
In a few ways the errors that OPTI made are being repeated here, probably the shortest answer is that it far too much for a small team to handle, and in trying to do so its certainly to date been a disaster.
I don't want to see another year go by with an income stream much less than my local team of 4 window cleaners. While we pay a top 1% salary and depreciate while doing more rights issues.

Why do I hold still so strongly...Well I actually like the rest of us believe in the product, and if given to a much larger company could result in outstanding sales and help a great deal of people.
Clearly other industry experts share this view with "Big Bet" should be viewed as a significant clue to the importance of SkinBiotix in the eyes of Croda's strategy.
So where are we right now....we have a depressed share price (reason I topped up recently), Big companies around us with huge war chests moving into our realm of expertise. Other competitors are also taking notice.
Also hopefully a team that know they got it wrong and have a clear path to moving forwards and achieving goals by joining those with established track success records.
So bearing this in mind, only a fool would sell right now, when so much could have already happened just waiting to be announced. The right news could easily double our share price in a few sessions.

Hi Folks, those questions have been glossed over but not answered directly but obliquely. I dont push things under the carpet with time either. They are pointed specific questions.
And to answer your question Toyin, I have e mailed some of those questions directly previously but unfortunately had no reply?
So if there is a more "on the record" asking in a position where those being asked find it harder to duck or press delete, I actually think they are very fair questions.
Just because the answers might not be "pro company" and point to errors or miss-judgement (and I am still bullish about this stock), the accurate answers should be sought.
I remember years ago asking SOH a very specific question when questions were sought, and my question was subtlety altered so enabled a more stock answer to be given. In my view thats important.
So if they've all been accurately answered and its all "regurgitation", so as not to cram up the forum, please anyone just answer the first one.
That was "when we were informed pre subscription numbers were going up at an alarming rate..
How many did we actually have. The answer cannot be sensitive or "alarming". I would like a number and not gloss.
Seems some seem to know things, or say they do please answer it for me.

Why you might ask....Well I bought a lot of stock believing our subscriptions were going to go through the roof. Did I trust what I heard....well Yes.
I only knew 5 who had pre-subscribed ...and they all initially tried it.

We really need that confirmation thats its our products and company that are going to be utilised, and not just used as an IP breaker at one of their 5 labs, I always believed they would take us out, but we will have to wait and see on that score.

Pretty steady operation all things taken into consideration so a bargain at current prices.

No money has been spent exploring reserves as ample for many years already, its not as if they are not there, Poly just don't need to update them for a long time to come.

Q1: When investors were informed that product subscriptions were growing at an alarming rate how many did we actually have.
Q2: what VIP feedback have Croda received about our product. (Brill we want it or pants).
Q3: Did a 20T scale up increase bacterial further or was it the same as the 600KG batches. Wee any negative effects seen or additional positive ones not previously recognised.
Q4: How is the process of getting our product recommended by the NPF going.. Have we hit a hurdle.
Q5: What happed to the 4k packets of "free samples " sent to the NPF, did it result in any customers or what was the snags.
Q6: Was it foreseen that a USA distributor would want high margin surrender.

If you can get straight answers to these I'll be impressed, and I dare say investor confidence improved even if the answers are not ideal.

Don't think we should overlook the huge war chest that Croda currently has after the sale of some of its more mundane assets. They are clearly moving directly into our sphere of expertise on a few pillars that we specialise in.

Yes guess this is also a “ big bet “ investment for all of us. Croda clearly see the worth, I do wonder whether the new investors we have seen taking positions were actually from Croda clients who have actually sampled our product. For my money it was a larger holder releasing stock which were the bigger sells we’ve seen over the last few sessions, probably at a brokers request. This would make sense to me.

You guys are right it could be either and might be from 2 days ago. For my money I'd go with a sell, as we've been seeing quite a bit of buying pressure over last few sessions so expect mm's have rung around looking for a wedge of stock in order to maintain an orderly market and not be forced into large stock price increases and then swings. So they took a decent wedge knowing which way the tide is currently going.

Like the proposal of lifting of sanctions. However the biggest glaring one has been omitted which is a shame and clearly not accidental or neutral. That's "respecting internationally recognised land borders and returning to them".
Those proposals support any land grab.

Brilliant to see such confidence in the buying today. Not saying our company is leaky, but clearly someone knows something more than we do. Might be someone from the other party of course. In stocks with high liquidity its masked but here it stands out a country mile.
Not a time to take profits I think.

I think one thing that stands out for me right now is the unusual steadfastness of the investors here.
We had a Dec rights issue at 16p. That's an easy 20% uplift right now for any investor here be it small or institutional.
I remember when OPTI offered a windfall of cheap SBTX shares ad big price discount to large institutional holders and the market was literally flooded with sells as they just took the cheap stock and sold existing holdings at a juicy premium.
They are savvy institutional investors, and its clear none of them are selling right now, even with faced with some real easy and nice gains/profits. ..Just got to ask yourself and think why not???.
For the record I took another 20k stock today, and although the price is low and nothing to get excited about right now, Current volume is low, but top ups ad buys are certainly outstripping sells currently, and have been for a good few sessions. This can only lead to a price moving one way, and I'm happy to see it moving slowly but steadily.
I'm certainly starting to feel the forthcoming spring winds of change coming here in clear market sentiment.

Another point worth pondering is why haven't we heard much, or in fact anything...this is a change in SA's normal pattern.
Might well be hes finalising something , so wants to release somethings that are nicely positive for his investors here.
