Momentum and Swing and trend investing is a sound strategy where many traders make money out of it. Clearly doesn't work all the time, but where you couple it with the right timing and expected news flow it can tip the odds in the traders favour. Good luck sir.

Its great to see the rise again today, 10% in my book is always very welcome as is any decent gain. Could most certainly be investors taking a punt, but could also be those that have heard something as well, and might not be from our company side either. Clearly the vast majority of investors like myself don't intend to sell anything at current levels.
Acquisition /Croda news or something else, I'd like to think Croda but suspect acquisition.

Can see where you are coming Oleric, this stock often rises for several sessions once it sets in. Certainly a few have made reasonable gains on the 25% swing.

Certainly great to see the rising price for every true holder here. Currently appears to be at least a couple of investors taking or increasing positions.
We all know the rights issue was to raise money for an acquisition, so good time to invest or do some investors know its been done already.
Also meetings with Croda also due this month...good news perhaps.
Also pretty importantly, we have a great deal of "trapped bulls", holding positions in this stock. Therefore any company re-rating is highly likely to be pretty explosive, as number of sellers at current prices and some is going to be very limited,
so will lead to some pretty big step changes. Please dont anyone think that the rise today is worth taking profits on because I believe this could really rocket given the right update, and you would be selling yourself short after taking a big chunk of risk.

I welcome some factual investigational work, or even potential where you see our company making headway into the market or even market retraction, but please bin the rest.

Well sir, I firmly believe you are well short of the mark on this one, but think you mean turnover not profit. However if profit it does depend whether its an expanding product..has product saturated the market, size of potential market and likelihood of achieving decent footprint in that market. For cutting edge companies its a min of 20, but high margin or growth generators like Amazon might even hit a p/e of 50 or more. Its the more basic company who have lower growth that you find the lower p/e like you state.
If products like Axis can really achieve mass customer take up , it could quite easily achieve the top end, however where it is right now its completely failed to even be noticed by the vast majority of sufferers due to financial greed.
This does annoy me greatly because I view aiding customer suffering a large factor in having an oversized investment here, only to hear in this case weve been properly stumped by USA distributers wanting excessive sweetners.

SA certainly comes across as a guy who's worth his salt, and don't think we should go down that path. What I'd love to know is what convinced the big institutions to quickly stump up some serious capital at the recent rights issue. Bet its not in any RNS to date.
My feeling is we are going to get some initially positive news here soon.. Then we will see if its likely to increase our axis sales of product.

I would say the couple of half decent trades this morning was an investor, moving a holding from a trading account to an is a account for a couple. Really sensible thing to do right now, where we see that capital gains in a trading account will be soon taxable at much lower limits but if put into an isa wrapper will be tax free.
Even more so when we view current price and what might happen if Croda kicks off like many view as a strong possibility. In this case it will prove to be a sound tactic, and I urge anyone here if they have any spare room in this tax years allowance to do likewise, even if its not SBTX stock but another.

Clearly the signs are that the motherland is running out of ammo and now want to sue for peace. Don't think anyone really believes its Vad's new found belief in Christianity, that is the cause, just a good excuse.
This actually is an unexpected bonus, because if Ukraine can keep turning the screw it will be over a lot sooner than we thought. This is very good news for Poly shareholders, and I've just had a little top up myself after a long quiet spell.
I wouldn't worry to much about a few pence either way because it could be world much more in a relatively short period if this continues.
All they have to do is withdraw, and it will all be over.

Would also answer question why no 20t batch been made as clearly they would like to test it to see if positive effects have increased again... If there was no orders or muted interest, might be one answer.

Thanks for your kind reply.
News about what's happened in the previous 12 months is in my mine very relevant indeed. When I view any stock I look at performance both current and historical, also track record. This is a forum where everything about a company is discussed.
Indeed flashback a year and posters complained I was overly bullish on what I'd heard , read and seen about this company. When the pendulum rolls the other way I'm certainly not going to shut up or not post my views about whats happening or happened in the last 9 months, while we have piles of stock made with our money rotting in a warehouse that we've paid for due to seemingly naïve errors. That's not "complaining like a child, but genuine investor concerns that point to running of this company....
Sometimes you have to take you head out of the sand and wake up and smell the coffee.
I have sold a small slice of 80k stock since the dilution offer which I did not participate in. Closely watching for other signals right now before deciding bigger actions.
In my humble view those running this company are on thin ice indeed, other posters are right to point out the seemingly delays in Croda orders..and why.....
Is it
1. "things take time" with a big company....true.
2. Actually was some delays we didnt get told about via Stuart as they didnt want to dissapoint a small new partner.. ...possibly.
3. Samples went out to their top clients a long time ago....This is true.
4. No progress as no orders received............ This is the unanswered one, and very important indeed. Better to say...nothing and let time drag on.

For the record here, can you confirm that you are not rewarded by the company in any way shape or form. Its just that I've received indications to the contrary.
Because its like complaining to the mother in law about the wife, also your pro company active activities on other forums makes me suspect that you have an ulterior motive. No problem if you are being rewarded, best of luck to you, but at least then all honest straight investors know who we are talking to.

Couple of questions raised today, and I can only give my current opinion and appreciate the views of others. A good friend of mine commentated just a couple of days ago " SBTX seems to be going the same way as Opti regarding stock and revenue producing performance, out of my whole portfolio, they are the worst".
This guy knows his onions and does not mince words. (Keen gardener).
Next was a observation to Oleric, I tried to make the post balanced positive and negative, however I agree wholeheartedly that planning a USA launch without knowing it seems that only allowed distributers wanted an unacceptable tie in and slice of the pie, is a major failing cause of the USA launch, which I had high hopes of. Clearly homework either not done or inexperience and naivety was cause. Result does not matter how brilliant our product is, if its not being shown to sufferers it wont sell.
Also investors here invest with the knowledge they have ...was anyone here aware that the USA NPF would only deal with their allowed distributers who wanted greedy sums to do the job.
So developed the product, works brilliantly it testing , made it in bulk.. and now stuffed on getting it to sufferers....mmmmmm

Don't want to get overburdened by the past, but require some hands to go up over this as its cost every investor here a lot of money.

With the rights issue a couple of things have happened here. The downtrend has currently stopped or stabilised, albeit at a fair low point.
The big players have signalled that at the current state of play they consider 16p a share fair value. Also big players and small given fair chance to participate in raising.
The company has a solid reason for the rights issue, which may be available to come onto the market tomorrow.
Also seems to have some solid forward plans and is now fully funded.
They now have some time to produce results and orders. Share price unlikely to rise until positive news given out or stock likely to be sold for quick margins.

On the flip side, it demonstrates the axis launch last year was a disaster, with unforeseen hurdles, like influencers failing to perform but quick to take the money. Excess product now languishing on warehouse shelves. No break in at all to the USA market, ad USA distributers holding company to ransom over greedy payments and tie ins. Also the perceived mighty NPF, plenty of bluster...little if any sales action.

Believe the majority will now look at Croda to see how events unfold there.. Hopefully the next update will be before late spring.

I expect you are right, they will be looking at it very closely along with a lot more of their favoured clients.
Firstly to examine the claims unofficially themselves, next to see how robust our IP is and whether they can design something as good within a decent time frame. However SBTX is one of the leading industry experts in this field, and one thing a really big company would want is any copy right or patent infringement claim generated. Next if it performs as good a we have been told it does will result in some pretty decent orders coming through to Croda, who are now in a position to product huge quantities of our product.

We know that axis works very well for psoriasis sufferers. If any acquisition of distribution company plans drag out, an unacceptable loss in my eyes would be the large amount of unsold axis stock in the warehouse, which might cost a fair bit to dispose of.
I really want to see that stock distributed to UK psoriasis sufferers , near on free if needs be...just ask those that get it to send in updates on progress.. and call it a study. We know a large number of people who try it , love it, and then want it all the time.
Otherwise looking ahead I can see potential black clouds rising, with questions rightly being asked is it even worth making more of this product, and with limited numbers much smaller batches will be much more costly.

Really good question Oleric, hopefully Toyin might be able to shed more light than myself.

We've seen the evidence of dewel improvement of out our lysate, from Cath's research How it increases suppleness and youthfulness which is the "holy Grail" of skin cream. However we now have improvements in the product dewel as it was increased in scale, and have not heard anything regarding this or any measured improvements.

Could it be combined with Matrixyl and effects ??? bet Croda could answer that one, and it would be classed as highly company confidential, so doubt Stuart even knows.

This is coming more to the fore now following the launch of axis, as investors like myself see it as the best chance to relieve their flagging fortunes with this stock so believe its important to explore everything in a lot more detail as previously things were not what they originally seemed. Its not a dig, but was second place before now its not.
Also what's a ROW, not a barny with the misses. Is it rest of world. ?

Thats just it, I know we were sort of informed 2 and a half years ago about a beauty parade but believe that was not entirely accurate, (perhaps Elrico could confirm this).
Know samples were sent out but to how many, believe this may be a two edged sword here, was it sent to the the top 12 only, but then heard that it was top client list, and everyone wants to be on that one. they have 12k clients. (cannot ref this).
Certainly the reaction I received certainly was not secrete squirrel stuff, and they were open about the samples sent at first. Just my thought process is you would want to sell as much as possible to all your clients? , which with that demand would lead to a production line fully occupied with our product,(which is unusual for a virgin additive to say the least). but then it would not be for the 12 as we were told. I's love it to be for the former.
