Clearly big seller still active at 15p. SA must know who it is and I suspect SOH yet again as he's been doing it constantly for over 4 years, and has stopped every attempt at a price breakout with over 11M shares sold to date.

Is it to support a failing OPTI or just jealous attempts to keep our price lower.

He made a shambles of PBX, and now uses us as cashpoint to support his failings as a CEO.

Anyone of real merit would work with SA to try and gather institutional support and offload big blocks to them keeping share price up rather than hurting his pi's every time.

Just going on probability as he's been doing it constantly for the past 5 years, so I'd have a friendly wager on it. We've discussed it a few times in the past as well and to date its always turned out to be him.

Its the skeleton in the cupboard that's never been really addressed. Apart from costing every true investor here thousands of pounds in a poorer shareprice I also suspect its the main reason SA never puts decent skin in the game, and always has an excuse,.. yes granted sometimes he's inside, but plenty of other times over the years. Better to rip out a fabulous salary but don't have skin the game, as he knows SOH can keep doing similar for a good few years yet if he wants to as well, to keep our price below that of OPTI.

Some may think that as a CEO tactic its crackers, and I'd agree, but that's the failure they have in charge right now.

Shareholders have already lost serious money over the probotix scandle there, and he comes here to replace losses.

Stuart should at least contact SOH who is the person responsible for todays share price.

We know that with this stock just a couple of hundred K, bought or sold can make a sizeable difference to the share price and so does SOH, so over the last few years he's constantly selling into rises which are mainly pi based, and has already sold over 11M shares in this company, crashing the price numerous times.

This action has cost investors here thousands.

Is a case SA and SOH dont get on and the sales are deliberate , actually designed to force down the price and at the same time raise some funds.

Decent CEO's would contact institutions and see if they would be prepared to purchase blocks directly so it does not badly effect the share price and hurt the pi's on which both actually depend.

SOH has been selling our stock almost non stop, he had to issue an RNS in Dec, Oct, and Aug, in last 6 months alone, forced by the need to issue the RNS.

If we look back further he's been doing the same , how much divi has OPTI holders seen???

Well if it walks and quacks like a duck in my book, its odds on that yet again he's responsible for selling this stock down, after encouraging original opti holders to buy in here. Total hypocrite.

Regardless of how bright potentially the future is with this stock we do have one major disadvantage currently with it.

That it is being used as a personal cash point machine by SOH to constantly prop up OPTI.

This intermittent drag and selling is one of the major causes of stock rise prevention, as he essentially just keeps selling to try and keep the lights on.

By these actions he is effectively selling the family silver which is part owned by every opti shareholder. Indeed could be argued that their holding in SBTX could have delivered a nice windfall rather than wasted over the years as it can only be sold once and their holding is steadily being eroded but they havn't seen one penny of it. Indeed most of the income is swallowed by SOH in expenses and wages over many years.

Mr.Market is clearly speaking with a raft of decent buys coming in, reason is clear as day just read the last RNS.

I am invested here, and really only interested in the opinion of those posters who actually hold stock here today.

Certainly this stock does have some serious multibagger potential from current prices.

I believe todays prices represent a really good entry/top up point. Peeps could easily double their money if the RNS statement proves correct.

I wouldn't get that hung up on a small dip. Look upon it as a purchasing opportunity. Some may look back at this dip with pleasure glad they topped up or averaged down. April 8th is very close in investment terms and its a full bells and whistles launch. Croda will be pushing our product hard, and they do have some mighty clout.

Lets not forget the double figure royalties either.

Of all my stocks right now, this has the greatest potential to multibag within 6 weeks from today and many think less.

We know the CEO is in serious discussions with an SI, and hearing on the grapevine that things are progressing very well indeed.

Even on the lowest end estimates just the start of the development deal is worth over 5 times the market cap of this company today.

Things have taken a change from where we were and we are talking about a large hotel construction to start with and more development after on 14miles of totally undeveloped pristine coastline. In fact the last in Crete, and development backed by the government.

Appears more of a bigger seller than drifting.

Can I ask why you post deliberate miss-information. Have you actually viewed the unspoilt pristine miles of coastline and deserted bays. Exclusivity and very private springs to mind.

Talk about a value of 40M is rubbish , we are talking about a huge unspoilt peninsula in fact the only one left in Crete where decent accommodation is in very high demand, and frontline villas even in non private locations start at 7 figs.

Do you actually know how many miles of coastline we are talking about or how many hotels and villas? well I'm going to stick my opinion in here and say the true value is near or more than 200M if developed and sold to obtain best value while keeping the majority unspoilt.

Did hear via an independent stock tip sheet that in the small print of the AGM, SA awarded himself another decent pay rise despite the company not in profit.

They used it to point out the red flags.

Poor timing if correct, should have held off for a year until profitable instead of making our cash in hand runway shorter, at the expense of every investor here.

My first thought is if you are not in now ...hang on a few sessions, seems there are traders who trade the tips, buying on the bell and then selling after any rise. so best wait till dust settles.

Nice market strategy and working well, just might become victim to own policy as owners are at retirement age.

Well guys this is a first post on here, I do like what I see here, any other views.

I still cant get out of my head thoughts that if as expected The Croda launch is a roaring success on April 8th, that our timeline to exist will be very limited.

Its true that the AIM market has lagged behind the main index with a large number of companies being at risk from a takeover.

If we put Crodas huge unused war chest aside, and the assumption that any takeover deal will be from Croda. The fact that our agreement allows us to market our own lysate, leaves the door open for a competitor witnessing the launch (and will easily gain a good idea of client uptake), to try and steal the march from Croda with a early high ball offer.

That would easily cause most dreams on here to be realised.

Might well be just 16 weeks away.

Our Lysate is being promoted as the green replacement for retinol which is being banned by the EU in higher concentrations. That's all the EU, not country by country.

What I like best is the relatively short timeframe until product release and probability that some sales have already started.

Croda already have the capacity to churn out large volumes of product in order to satisfy any order size, and a additional 20 ton reactor available to be planned in if things get really stupid.
