I'm a little between both you gentlemen's opinions on deal time.

However at first all they had to go on was the product claims by SBTX. However much they wanted to believe it 100% correct, they would have been foolish not to go through the whole process of self validation. Bet there are plenty of companies out there that when claims are independently verified don't stand up to claims. Especially with look younger claims in the skin cream market.

A major trigger will be how many of Crodas top clients either like or want our product and how many will reformulate to obtain it.

We all know companies move slowly, and have received our "samples" for a long time now so also clearly know the full effects.

Does seem ironic that Croda and SA knows and all the VIP clients know about our lysate but shareholders don't. However we fully understand the reasons and I'm not complaining on that point. I do still recall the original claims that SBTX made about our lysate and how it compared and those one sided claims then were very favourable. Lot of the specific literature seems to have vanished since.

Having a set date now for the official launch does give the favoured clients an opportunity to beat the opening bell with any orders, and probably will cause them to hasten any decision whether to reformulate with our lysate now or leave it.

I'm not sure if we will even get an update on pre-orders by launch date . hopefully will get more lysate comparison data, by then as launch becomes public.

Yes shychap, sry for Off topic, but I follow the unfolding disaster on climate change closely and although I'm no tree hugger, its the biggest threat our planet is facing right now. Some latest expert research on U tube coming out is horrific of what we will see in 20 years or so now. I'm just doing what I can.

So very roughly if say prices have say doubled in last 30 years (might be miles out here). a 600ltr batch reactor might yield 25tons of formulated cream sold to serderma customer X for half a million £, giving SBTX royalty of sweet 50K.

Pump up the demand and this is where things get interesting 20 t batch worth cool 20M to croda and 2M to us...Every few days?

We just have to be careful they dont try a fast one on the costings as if they are running a production line as well might try and screw the value.

Thats why if the launch is a real success we will soon find sharks circling.

We used to turn larger reactors over in about 48 hrs, size not really the issue. normally delays are in testing ad quality control. However when on a similar product run makes batch times much faster as no cleaning required.

take the 600ltr max reactor making our lysate . so normal amount will be say 500ltr or kilos as sg not likely to be miles apart.

This would then be processed into a finished product tank (lysate not formulated cream.).

Heard we use less than 2% of our lysate per formulation so 500 ltrs can make 25 tons of finished very valuable product.

On which 10% min royalty paid on the full 25 tons.

Thats enough for an entire product run for a major producer , with 50g pots that 500k pots full.

Croda have the purpose designed production line ready....they are certainly not aiming at a few customers. with just the 600ltr reactor churning out lysate could do 2.5M pots of 50g cream every 10 days.

If customer uptake is huge running the 20t reactor as well (allow tad longer for production) and 80M pots every ten days is possible but difficult. (proper quality control may stretch time limit as dealing with very serious product costings and has to be perfect). I remember 30 years ago £10 a kilo was not unusual, so we used small glass sample pots to minimise wastage. not hard from there to run rough income projection to sbtx.

Yes SA has has to reign things in more than he envisaged and what's been promised has not been delivered.

Lets view it from a Croda prospective and we are just small fry to them...Lysate samples went out and launch planned all so far so good...but they know SBTX can still sell the product themselves as per agreement.

Now lets take dustbins viewpoint (and I suspect he's got some solid info from somewhere). Sederma clients absolutely love the product, and pre-orders already coming in....Once a few like it danger is they will all want it.

Nice for Croda...., but the last thing we want is SBTX investors getting wind of this... Lets draw up a NDA as harsh as never been seen and get SA to sign it, and try to delay as much as possible in ant market update.

When it really breaks . big players will buy from SOH direct and stop this stock manipulation.

I'm already very satisfied with my holding ...but always room for a bit more.

Nothing will give me greater pleasure to see the holdback dam break on this stock which will come pretty soon, just beware the first T/A over.

Frisby does have thousands who subscribe to his u tube vids.. Thats a free press of a button. Not the same as subscription to company info only, as he also tells jokes etc, perhaps most of his subscribers are for this part and few for company info. All free company publicity is good exposure even if currently limited in resulting trades.

Once you start getting new tipsters recommending a stock its not long before other ones also decide to review and find out if they are missing something. In this case ..most certainly..

We all invest to make money and seek opportunities and information in companies that are likely to do very well in the future.

If you were one of Crodas clients and had positively reviewed our lysate, possibly knowing your company was going to put a purchase order in and knowing that Croda was planning a huge product launch in just a few weeks advertising our lysate to thousands more clients wouldn't you think its worthy of a private investment.

Could easily track down who the partner company was, and joy that its only a penny stock minnow company. You also probably have decent industry experience to know already that its likely to become a mainstream best seller.

Could easily explain the new surges of interest we are seeing its in effect new investors and new money, and if we think about that for a minute can easily see that this could just be the start of a snowball of purchases gaining traction in numbers as stock gets tight and more clients and investor friends of clients become aware of our stock. Really believe we are on the cusp of another surg in our stock price and glad to be taking a real decent position. I do put my money where my mouth is.

We have had two repeat RNS's that CE is working hard to formulate a deal with Si's. It remains to be seen if he can actually pull it off.

Certainly the company now has a low value as can be seen by the fair shareprice.

However the rewards are most certainly achievable for the shareholders here if CE can finally sign a deal enabling Greek funding to be achieved. Think the next couple of weeks will be telling ..a sort of make or break for shareholders here.

I believe the one thats been missed by most investors is using the Croda lysate internally in pill form or additive to food nutrition. This is to improve and tighten skin junctions and make you look younger.

We all know in marketing that price point is vital, and many would be put off paying big bucks for many face creams, when potentially a pill or healthy food additives which many people already take every day will do the same job.

I agree with Bubs that gum or gummies best for acne treatment. Did hear the issue was the hot knife sealing process tended to kill some of the bacteria, however it must be possible to devise a slightly different shape that only requires a much smaller seal, like a thin tube (possibly with a plug cap), that reduces deactivation, or calculate and measure quantity of deactivated material and add additional to compensate.

That's the holy grail of treatment, and just like axis you can bet your btm dollar it works, I expect there have been a few unofficial tests completed on this product already and Stuart knows hes got a winner here.

Also the cost of wholesale stocking all amazon warehouses across India, which was funded by sbtx stock sales. However it is a huge market and a very large amount of Indians have need for the slimming treatments, as constant curies can be very poor for your health (but tasty).

Yes sheephatch, good to see the 11% gain there currently based on the RNS that products going on sale on amazon in India.

However its also good to see the much more modest increase here despite some sells, this is because the two companies do have a history where investors in both sell one and buy the other and vice versa. So to rise on a good opti day is doubly good.

Just considering implications of marketing lysate as health food supplement. Pretty quick I'd say as all the toxicity type tests has already been performed for it to be used as cream additive.

Whether it works just as good could easily be tested as well, just might need more than a sprinkle but delivery system would be easy unless its really pungent.

With a decent shelf life easy to add to any DIY blend of your favourite daily herbal or health mix, and as it tightens skin junctions and makes you look younger I could see it being top of any ingredient list of the millions of really healthy females of older years out there. Which does fall into the higher regions of disposable income brackets.

Market speaks for itself so no need to go there yet.

So Croda put a sprinkle of our lysate in a pot, charge an arm and a leg and our lysate tightens the skin junctions and makes skin barrier stronger so look younger.

So now if I'm getting this correct, we might just ingest it instead.. pill or additive to any healthy food. Is this the info what's caused the market to jump Friday.

elrico takes a great deal of time to find out about this stock and it is shared initially behind a paywall.

i don't believe he gets any insider info from stuart but has a nose like a **** house rat, so can sniff out advantages or angles that joe public are not aware of. thats being good at his job and he does have a good working relationship with stuart. there is competition within the "share tipster" market and other good pundits like tw often cover similar companies. small companies used to reward tipsters directly by highlighting the good points to their paying membership, especially if there is a direct correlation to a release of news followed by a surge in buying and increased stock interest. i'm not currently subscribed to any of the two mentioned , but have subscribed to both in the past and found the info very good in both accounts.

i dont like to see posts on forums where other posters kindly post for free, but when you click on it just leads to a firewall.

its just advertising for themselves or the twits that do it for them. if we all did that it would destroy the forum.

however as an investor here if something gets shared that causes an intraday reversal and a 10% jump in stock value, it not bad in my book. that's if its actually that which it might not be.

of course i'm intrigued like the next guy as to the cause...as it might make me also increase my holding if i smell greater profits .... (just like that respected **** house rat).
