Can you explain more, bit out of the loop recently .

Sry for off topic, but worth taking a look at Amcomri, AMCO, was mentioned to me at start of year. by a ex work friend who went to school with the owners, who listed it. When I purchased a chunk back in Jan, its now a one bagger. Still like my barc stock mind, for good growth.

Investor confidence drives this stock, and SA has killed that off completely. Years of hard work courting investors, destroyed in a few weeks by terrible treatment of his base investors.

I think we can agree that SOH says many things, most of which are clearly "repeated accidental errors". Some may take a stronger viewpoint. As for "strategic partner deals", think someone said we are pushing 70, and as for sweet? Seems SA is a bit of " a chip off the old block", regarding deals and timelines.

I believe the revelation that SOH was unloading provided the catalyst for the swift drop from 26p to 17p. Its not new news that I declared that amongst others offloaded a fair amount of stock at this time.

Reason was quite simple, SOH up to this point had been regularly selling large amounts of stock for the last 4 years and showed no signs of stopping. He'd already gone on the record and stated that he believed 20p was fair value.

So if he was selling which he was, and happy with an average 20p, it was clear stock prices were about to crash. Others just jumped on and speeded up the process. Throw into the mix potentially giving the price a bit of a false high by the the now disgraced broker, and some forward selling for profit and we have the perfect storm brewing.

The stock is struggling to get to 17p the rights issue price which I do find very surprising as it was all quickly taken in a few calls by those wanting to support SA.

Hardy a day passes now where we see large sells or buys displayed which cannot be pi's.

Says someone took a very large amount and is still selling it. Clearly something still amiss.

I actually expected price to be more 18/19p and to see resistance at that point as those that took stock at 17p offload for a sweet and quick 10% margin.

We havn't even cleared the overhang yet, let alone broken out from the natural selling point after it, which might now reduced slightly due to the cheaper sub 17p prices being paid recently.

SA signed off on it as able to release by Singer. Wasn't till his paid stock tipster "Lemmings", called him up pointing out serious discrepancies that hes done something about it. In the meantime big players have been making decisions based on the latest broker updates.

Leaves a very bad taste firstly about the quality of information and secondly that he allowed it to be published causing damage to the stock price.

Yet another example in a tirade of errors.

How do you know Ashman says its inaccurate. Appreciate sharing of links as I cannot get it. Did I miss an announcement.

Clearly our stock from the placing is still being moved about. That it was all taken up quickly with less than a half dozen phone calls was at best being very economical with the truth. Others may use different language or descriptions , " but I couldn't possibly comment".

All these trades going through at a similar price. Got to be planned or some private agreements in place keeping it either in check from rising or stopping crash. Stuart must also be fully aware of it and whats happening. Throw in market price manipulation to his list as well.

I look forward to a satisfactory explanation, but not sure we will get one. One thing for sure its not normal market conditions.

SA must agree with the Singer note , as I've not heard of any objection.

Broker should willingly distribute to all investors, if pi's have been deliberately excluded is this at Stuarts bidding. If this becomes fact we are now in a different place completely.

Actually agreeing with Obsidian on share price potential here. Believe long gone is the multi bagger in a relatively short time, mainly due to size of revenue streams verses amount of shares now in play. We were hoping for sizeable royalties and profitability this year but I now doubt it.

Quite clear why SA hasn't put serious skin in the game.

I don't currently believe SBTX is worthy of your hard earned verses some of its rivals.

However ones like HBOS are doing even better.

This is because they are now loaded with cash (following high street closures), and using big chunks of that to remove shares from circulation on a daily basis.

Much less risk, and look at the capital growth, plus divi , plus safer investment.

Yep I can see them returning to the values of yesteryear with a safe multibag.

Could mention much more riskier stocks I hold that do hold much more multibag potential, but I'll leave that for others. Worth a thought guys, and its "money in the bank", no decent bank manager could refuse his own collateral for a mortgage? or loan if req.

Think we agree on your point AS, clarity of the content where it can easily have a double meaning seems to be a favourite of SA.

Also the reliability, where his updates can be more like buses, and your point about Superdrug also right, but I still see questionable the size of the rights issue.

As for the lack of Croda news, well that's just dreadful, seems we are the last to be informed. Could have done much better even if tied by NDA.

Ahh my troll is back naming Belgrano again, in an out of the blue character attack again . If you are referring to the ship, and stating facts it never had an admiral but had a captain Hector Bonzo. Good post Atlantic about the new Broker giving private pi's a diet of gruel, while institutions get finer fare. I expect they are doing the wishes of who pays the piper, and the tune is deliberately downbeat.

I think Stuart made a bit of an error in his basic business strategy. Just like OPTI, he courted funding from smaller private investors probably promoting tipsters to publicize the company and its attributes.

Was working fine with even small company details being openly discussed and Stuart doing regular podcasts to discuss smaller details with investors.

However Croda like most large companies take a more corporate viewpoint, and never go into the finer details with investors.

Is Stuart now trying to change track after taking investors money by putting them into an information void.

Easy to take the viewpoint that the wheels must have come off somehow and things are being hidden from investors.

Clearly the track of open info and keeping investors abreast of most happenings leaves himself wide open, when delays happen or sales are initially sluggish.

However I believe he's now changing track a little with a view to information generally, and trying to follow in Crodas pathway.

Clearly this then puts him at odds with previous promises made for regular updates.

If that's the case now, fine we can accept that, just say you are changing updating strategy a bit and I'm sure investors will understand. Might not like it mind, but then everyone can make their own choice. Just make say the new 6 monthly updates true open source.

we know Stuart promised to keep shareholders updated on a regular basis last year, but has now failed in that promise. I have never known a single stock where things have been going great that the CEO has not made some attempts to inform his holders of those facts. It doesn't have to break any NDA, but much better choice of words will do.

As he's clearly failed to do this we must reach the conclusion that income is not going to expected.

This sort of fits in with the very large capital raise via stock dilution. yep, know we had other reasons, but just lay it on the line and say.
