Its a crying shame the mood on the board currently, but mode like that can change in a heartbeat if given the right catalyst.

I would say that the majority of investors here are looking for investments with solid multibag potential, and the sole reason many have already held as stalwarts for over 5 years. They would have accepted modest initial growth, hoping for acceleration, but SA despite promising much has delivered little, while drawing a large salary and without true skin in the game.

These delays have similarities to the axis launch which fooled us once but wont fool us twice...bit of a saying there?

what investors here don't want is while taking high risk having to want years more for mediocre returns. The warning signs were there, and I did jump with a majority of my holding, however in truth it was at that time due to fear that SOH was going to really cause a price crash, which he eventually did.

If I want a casino bet I'll wager max £40 on evens, if SA wants more of my investment he best offer up a lot more than an evens bet, because right now it is very much that with his withholding news , and investors trying to make head or tails of comments that might lead either way.

If we take the aim market as an overview, I cannot recall a CEO withholding what eventually turned out to be stunning news that he knew all along, with some very strong hints and titbits to his investors.

So some say jury is out, but on balance its not going to be earth shattering or a blockbuster anytime soon.

Yes Mr.Market is a good jury, and going by today its a hung one.

Do we really believe that anyone would throw away such an opportunity knowing your shareholders were desperate.

Yes did hear second hand that comment of busy at Crodas Widnes plant, and the storage expansion is fact. However may have been producing a decent inventory of several grades of our lysate, which would be produced without orders, as it will never be produced from scratch per order but will use stockpile plus any special customer requirements.

I really want it to do well, but why the hell didn't SA give decent encouragement today to the investors which pay his salary. Could have easily done so without breaking any NDA, but doled out garbage instead. Little wonder the jury is still out.

Even if we respect the NDA, and although many believe hes hiding behind it for disappointing sales figs lets go with it.

He says sales are as expected, which can be interpreted either way.

Now SA knows investors are concerned and knows the share price is languishing below recent issue price so could he have easily produced more.

Could have said "sales are superb, or sales are excellent, without any breach.. However he can't lie on an RNS but can use words that are open to interpretation.

I recall similar from him, on pre axis launch.

"pre sales registration numbers are growing at an alarming rate." That proved in time to be Alarmingly poor, which is a hard fact.

So all things considered, I'm going with very low sales and low royalties. May well do well in time, but his language does not inspire me.

Slightly off topic, two RNS's out on OPTI today, know many still invested there. (New broker and 30% increase in annual sales 2024), so those that didn't invest chose wisely.

Plenty of other words SA could have using without breaking the NDA, expected is not at all good under the circumstances where his faithful investors have been waiting months for hard figures, or at least more meat on the bone.

I must admit I'm still scratching my head over the current shareprice, Yes we've had a good few investors who relinquished positions unhappy with the with holding of information which might be bad or good.

However all those sales are long gone and the 17p recent strike price recently was well subscribed by the big players.

However we are still seeing quite a few chunky sells being released onto the market below that 17p.

If price was say 20p, I could think that its a bigger player just taking a little off the table at a modest profit, but not at 16.5p

Frankly I am a little puzzled, and one possible conclusion I come to isn't a pleasant thought.

Can see what you mean net curtains, why would anyone sell today with news coming. Probably the answer is quite basically they needed the money, often folks get unwanted and unexpected cash calls "Dad can I borrow". "Darling I've reversed the new car into the bollard again", and so forth. Doesn't really matter how expectant news might be always get a small stream of sellers for the multitude of life's expenses, many of them unwanted.

Getting into the American market is not an easy thing, believe thats why the wheels came off on our train previously. Break into the market and the stock will really fly. Getting the accreditation is a very big thing. I believe some of that large funding will be used to lubricate the wheels to make that happen. The product is world class make no mistake, its just overcoming existing hurdles that were impossible before but now achievable. That takes money, and now SA has it. A few control a lot of the distribution, and they didnt want to take a risk previously with a completely new novel product. Now we have the rosette of recommendation doors will be opened and product will sell.

Having all our products in a pill form (while gums are investigated), is a huge leap forward in my view. I bought axis powders for a sufferer, and they do (just like most people) have a very busy lifestyle, and questioned told me, firstly it was a bit like taking something with strong flavour that was covering something up, and time to mix. I would agree with Toyin, our product is great, we all agree on that. However having a great product does not mean you will receive high income, when we have a third party managing it for us.

Now Croda are world class make no mistake, another on which we agree. However they also want to maximise profits, and the details of the deals done have been hidden from shareholders.

SA has has said they are "double digit royalties", but also refused to give the details of the deals.?? He also said " no more rights issues"?.

The cash is very handy I admit, but it should not fund Stuarts salary runway. I viewed the complete Q and A session answers, and he most certainly could have given a lot more "meat on the bone", than he did with lots of repeated refusals to answer genuine concerns from shareholders.

Could well be that the extra acquisitions are not as great as we were led to believe and the reasons they were up for sale. Extra cash might be to keep the lights on, but he dare not say that.

Well I sold practically all my stock in the 20-27p range , and have been reviewing the option to purchase a wad at 17p.

Going by the charts i'd say big players knew about this cash raiser a good few sessions ago as it was sold down.

However has SA given big players some info that has encouraged them to buy at 17p.

We still dont know anything about the Croda royalties, how can he expect peeps to support him again when hes with holding essential information.

As for me in the rights issue...No thanks.
