Bulk ingredients add significant value via dilution, so lets take a 100KG IBC full of cream with 3% Zenakine in it or 30kg.

The rest is cheap bulk agents say costing 50p kilo so perhaps £ 600 for raw ingredients.

Could easily sell for £1000, once mixed and bear in mind there are mixing charges , and IBC costs.

So as Croda can pick the price whats the advantage in making our part expensive. Say £5 per kilo

Now using this example if terms have been changed our royalty would be 10% of the 3% used and priced at a fiver a kilo.

so 30kg X £5 is £150 and 10% of that is £15 quid.

£100 or £15, now you see we are not talking peanuts but a fundamental difference.

Royalties on the formulation could be a minefield. Especially when 3% of our product is added , but the rest might be cheap bulking agents. However even bulking agents have a price upgrade, and the devil is in the detail.

If it does transpire that Stuart has changed the royalty agreement with Croda in favour of Croda or we are not getting double figure royalties for the whole formulation I'm going to be more than fuming.... This is one of the main factors that has held me here knowing we are on to a winner.. Its also a priority question that needs complete clarification in all its aspects.

However I know I am right because at that time it was confirmed by Stuart that the reduction was very little for large amounts. He also confirmed at the time that if say a 1t batch of product containing our sprinkles went for £1000 we would get a double figure royalty of the total price..."end of".

Clearly some bulk carriers don't have equal cost to the 3% which is now the sprinkle percentage.

Clearly some things have muddied the water, like if our product was added to a amalgam of very valuable products in their own right ( and possibly very expensive). Clearly some common sense would be in order here as the other expensive additives might vastly inflate the formulated product cost like being much more expensive than our own.

This company does have a blockbuster product which any major formulator would love to own. However its full attributes have only recently become recognised by a relative few and if deals are handled well the company if still around will do very well.

Toyins points are very valid, and points at 5 years with actually a poor return on any investment for this period.

Struggling sales with low numbers are a primary factor. Share dilution and poor deals resulting for example with possibly macquirie bank offloading 1M warrants in one day yesterday don't help.

Then throw in SOH who has used us as his cash point to keep the OPTI lights on, with almost constant sells over the same time period from 49M shares held to sub 20M.

High board costs without much skin in the game has also reduced new investor interest.

However most of that is now in the past, where we here through the grape vine that sales for Zenakine are flying with a doubling of ware house space to try and accommodate stock.

The MM's certainly want your stock, got quoted for a instant dummy 250k sell while cant buy more than a tenth of that. Often a very good sign if current price not sufficient enough to tease out those sellers. Shrewdie was quite correct in that he believes there are a lot of very sticky fingers here. He's called it spot on for a while.

We certainly are not seeing much in the way of stock resistance yet with this share, although a natural pinch point would be "30p to sell". Good to see rises backed by decent volume which is a good holding sign. Also we'll happily take any "exceeds expectation RNS" all day long especially when accompanied with news about new deals. Been holding for a while now but I re-evaluated this stock upwards about 10 days ago , and the unexpected news today reduces the success timeline which is critical in our investments. Also very grateful for Elrico updates and some private correspondents regarding this company, both of which reinforced my perspectives. Certainly top quality management team here that's for sure. Current valuations point that even under 50p this would be a good buy.

Offloaded not because of price peak here or actually anything wrong here, but wanted to increase position on another stock following recent findings .

Should never bother about saying that you have taken something off the table if either concerned that the price has peaked in your investment timescale or you see something that may be a better investment. Reason why often some investors move between know stocks. Can say that I know off about 150k of stock that was sold over last 2 sessions and has now finished, that was only about a tenth of the holding.

Now its all pre drilled test holes with analysis of each along with complex calculation on yields and all the equipment to produce it along with spares and reserve funds....Much better, but gold price could still crash.

We are at this stage with our lysate, we have hard evidence how good it is like all the test holes stuffed with gold. We know it could be in global demand or a huge gold field, but in our case the production is already rolling and we know gold is pouring off the golden gambling tables. I don't look at who's buying stock but I prefer to look at who the potential suitors are and whether they have shark like intensions for company acquisition.

Croda have a long history of feeding off companies whose products they want and can utilise. They also had a 500M war chest.

They clearly have an active strategy in this field and our products sit squarely into the companies announced drive and focus aims. They snaffle up companies every single year, and have paid some big bucks for some.

Who's the next name on that long list.???

Hi Nick,

I respect your views and actually I wasn't a lemmings member either till later this year, sometimes its best to bury any hatchet and just view the material. Most of it you will know already but in an investment world its easy to get caught out by something you hadn't fully thought of that may enhance or reduce your perspective.

I do believe this product will be a huge winner for all invested here, you've nothing to lose by viewing the article but one hell of a lot to gain. Also been singled out as a detractor perhaps its time to put that aside and show you are bigger than that, as us investors may well need to combine together if hostile approaches start soon.
