SA is kindly reporting the facts and you know it. Can I suggest that you forward your questions to Croda and ask the actual people that did the testing rather than bombard generous posters with questions you know only a expert can answer.

Now our share price has bottomed out and for now we are not being trumpeted they are returning.

Once you compile all the factors, macquirie bank, SOH, sell the news folk our shareprice was always going to be hit at launch day.

I had completely overlooked the sun protection attributes of our lysate, and it cannot be co incidence that Croda as thorough as they are have accidently overlooked that either.

Its just that they cannot announce anything regarding sun care and our product or it would instantly give a competitor the golden opportunity to pick up the phone and strike a great independent deal with Stuart.

Clearly the smart thing would be to strike a deal with us now, however as it would be again royalty based again, even more red warning signs are going off in my head while writing this in having just so much synergy with products with Croda.

Its certainly another huge positive and advantage for Croda to take us out and stop deals with their opposition.

It has kindly been pointed out that currently Matrixyl is available in 24 Croda products but Zenakine in only available in 5/6 products.

Hang on a minute the official launch was only 4 days ago? Matrixyl wasn't in everything at first either. I think having a good handful to start with is excellent. Wont be long before clients start asking for it to be added to their formulation then you have another one.

Great product, launched by major, replaces older products which might be harmful.

However we must keep a close eye on SA, dont let our guard down.

Length of time of the NDA is critical, if Croda have played their game right and the way I believe this is going investors here are in for a very nasty shock in that regards. Croda want to keep sales and orders very close to their chests and the one group they don't want getting the info is this group.. Well above their opposition in the market. The opposition already have our product from the 500 client list and they are also industry experts as well so will quickly gauge market place uptake. Smell the coffee guys.

You kindly point out that we had an RNS saying a percentage threshold had been passed on the 31st March.

Thats not saying the sells have stopped at that date by any means and evidence points that they are still continuing.

Must also be pointed out in case you have miss read the RNS that SOH was over a week late in informing SBTX that the threshold percentage had been passed. Hes also done that before as well. SBTX put out the RNS on the 7th the day they were informed.

Is SOH still playing the same tricks being well over a week late before informing shareholders.

Lets hope he puts the money to real use here and we gain from it.

Croda experts have confirmed that our product is extremely good which is the reason they have fully geared up production to try and satisfy customer demand.

They have forced SA into a NDA which the like of which hes never seen before.......why, the outward answer is to stop Croda opposition on getting wind of the scale of orders, which does sound reasonable.

However its also stopping us shareholders from seeing accurate sales information and most importantly sales projections. Why.... Again possibly to thwart competition.

Now if we were controlling Croda and had got this launch nicely in play, and lets just say orders/sales are rocketing and getting really silly . How happy would we be in giving this minnow SBTX company say a 10M royalty and with the order book might double next year. Not happy at all, knowing they hold a 500M war chest and have already taken over and delisted many companies.

So we would continue to closely monitor orders, keep silence on production plants, blind the broker with no forward projections, and bind SA to the agreement...Most critical ...do NOT LET OUT THE NEWS to SBTX shareholders.

Many here missed the point about the standing ovation at the Croda presentation as we often view "a packed house being full of individual either investors or audience just along to listen or might buy one item". In this show case all the clients and potential clients go along to see whats the latest discovery with views on how they could profit from it with sales in their own ranges.

Many are industry experts who know exactly the score with beauty products and additives much better than many investors here by a considerable margin going some incorrect conclusions I've read.

I'm saying a lot of investors have got this wrong, it may have been not clearly worded enough to be fair, and are in danger of having sold themselves short.

They also are held in high esteem by the companies they represent and have a major influence on huge orders.

If SOH had not sold the shareprice would have been in the forties. The sell the news was always going to happen, but because he sold into it beforehand and suppressed the rise, its now fallen hard where otherwise it would have still been nicely high. SOH needs a kick up the butt for his greed hurting shareholders that hold both stocks.

It was the additional product attributes that have been highlighted, the anti ageing a skin cells living longer is still there. Its the first ever product to be backed up by full scientific claims and SA got a standing ovation from a packed house. Well worth checking on carefully and see todays RNS there.

I really urge every investor here just to sit down and carefully read todays RNS slowly over a nice cuppa. Just forget the current share price action, the product is really good. Its all what we expected, anti aging and anti wrinkle, skin cells living longer as well. Brain and feel good factors bonus effects. There really isn't anything else on the market like it, and the product range will be produced in several worldwide locations.

Think you have nailed most of the genuine reasons netcurtains, this well advertised launch was sold into not giving us the pre expected rise, when "sell the news" started plus the other reasons it is where we are now. Know SA is getting some deserved heat right now, and hopefully hes now clear of his NDA.

A sizeable CEO buy right now would work wonders and a decent price currently as well.

I do not believe the price crash was accidental for one minute. It was carefully planned by Macquarie.

Firstly they got enough gunpowder in stock by exercising 1.25M warrants in two trances at 20p.

Then then obtained info about the launch and borrowed about another 1.2M shares as shorts on the 7th March.

They then started the Route yesterday with the 600K odd sale banking the profit on stock bought at 20p.

Now they have shorts running if they can get rise even lower they will then purchase those back and trouser the difference. They also knew many investors had over extended and were due a retrace anyway...win win in their view so they capitalised on us.

Think investors need to look at the trading action prior to this well published expected launch. I am very pleased with todays announcement.

Everyone knew we had a decent product and expectation among many was that this stock would fly into the thirties and probably beyond. It was seen by some as a nice hold and sell play reaping a nice profit.

Many overbought and used "hot money", expecting a return on their investment.

However we have SOH who has offloaded millions of shares killing what actually would have been a decent rise stone dead. Even signs of it today and we know hes happy to sell at 20p.

So now a few investors need to withdraw at least the hot money, with this being a failed punt and dump.

Its nothing about the product or launch, its the seller thats caused it.. Was always going to see a retrace, but we havnt had a recent rise which many expected so now its a pull back. If we had been at 45p and retraced to 40p most would have shrugged it off.

Yes, but the TR1 was dated in March, hes also been selling since then and heavily too. Indeed when it stops price will fly, especially going by the news over there been released by Croda today which I've just read.

Well over 3m SBTX shares sold cheaply up to a week ago, and the plonker is still selling. Going by buying pressure on SBTX today it appears like a distressed large seller.

Why is SOH so desperate for cash now when holding could provide multiples of current price and sell in bulk to much larger holders.

I can understand some points about not issuing more shares here to raise cash, but don't sell now to fund a small divi, wait a year and we can have a huge one.

Well worth taking a good look at this pm trades, clearly malfunction here so will have to look on advfn. Also the late 350k sell trade so about 1M big sells gone in today holding down price.

Thats the strange thing, loads of decent buys and apart from a few am sells, mainly all buys with only the repeating 100K sells keeping a lid on things.

If shown on any stock I would reach the same conclusion, that is a distressed seller.

We know the todays RNS was from a week ago, well another load has gone by now for sure.

Seen this before just like the "divorcing seller" offloading quickly last year, this time we have a lot more buyers due to the launch and what it entails.

With this scale of buying pressure building when those sells either stop or get purchased this stock is really going to springboard like the SBTX a few years ago for sure.

Make sure you are fully loaded before that happens, the clock is ticking.
