I do believe that Zenakine has taken everyone by surprise including SA. Before the recent Croda announcements this company was bumbling along with low and not overly inspiring sales while those running our company effectively milked it drawing high salaries without putting skin in the game.

With regular share issues/ fund raisers it would have continued to trundle along for years as a company with good potential but not quite getting there. Aim is littered with similar.

Zenakine has instantly changed the game setting a new standard, a new colour so to speak. Customers will probably overwhelm supply and things are about to get really silly.

With such a great product it wont be long before clients start contacting him to do deals with royalties of buy direct. Its a lot more complicated than it first appears, due to the now "enhanced" properties a higher price point can be commanded.

All formulations have bulk carriers which might be a mix with say a sprinkle of our lysate, which is 3%.

Say a formulation 1000KG IBC sells for £1000 to one of sedermas clients. Firstly we all agree that whatever the client then does with it or sells it for doesn't come into this discussion.

The bulking agent may be very cheap to bulk purchase but clearly our lysate has to be reacted in a bio digester, it s lso the factor which causes the massive increase in price from raw bulk ingredients.

I understood previously our royalty at 10% in this case would be £100 ie 10% of the sale of the IBC to the customer.

However if its only 10% of the lysate base cost, that would be a huge order of magnitude less.

Clearly if you have a mix of very active products it gets more tricky to fairly divide, but as I believed our product was causing higher price points and adding some volume 10% overall royalty seems correct.

Always wondered if they were going to have to pay us so much royalties why not take us out. Wording from Stuart today was this is a natural replacement for matrixyl and retinol, that risk must be high. Due to its large "suite of properties", and no one even mentioned sun protection, it clearly sits in a class of its own. You may recall at that time it was discussed that the pot of whatever would only need a "sprinkle", of our product on it for sale bt Croda to its clients and we would receive double digit royalties on the sale price to the customer, not double digit percentage of the sprinkle.. This is hugely significant and a major F up if SA has been reporting this wrong to us or somehow contractual terms have been altered.

So before if product formulation say 1000 kg sell s for £1000 we would get with 10% royalty £100

If we get 10% of our product as royalty its reduced to 10% of 3% of £1000 or £3, from a £1000 sale.

Unless the plain answer is "no sales". Whatever the reason shareholders should hear the truth. That would be acceptable, not nice but acceptable. Or the opposite "production is struggling to meet demand but I cant give specifics".

I was really hoping for a trading update today, perhaps revealing some sales data specific to Croda. How our product has been reviewed by the many sederma clients would be good information and any "rough guide" on customer uptake a massive advantage but not expected.

Might well be that Elrico is planning a consolidation of information blockbuster. We are certainly hoping that some unknown things get revealed for all tomorrow. Actually looking forward to the meeting.

With yet another order this time with the FCA it again increases the company income. This one is nice on the CV and could easily provide the catalyst in securing a lot more orders.

I see this as a two prong play, increasing orders will make it a multibagger from here in a year, its also high on the takeover radar from its very big brother in the AI sphere of operation with similar systems but they have a huge war chest with stated expansionist aims.

Actually scratching my head wondering why anyone would sell today.. but their loss I suppose.
