Fantastic news for the outcome of this trial. PL and Rip have both advocated higher doses, and now they have one. Good call - as discussed in the week, AS did imply a 4th cohort when Myles appeared to challenge it.

We now have at least 108mg of Dox prescribed as safe and tolerable. 50% more cumulative dose than standard. P1a is a success. Well done.

Testing - no, not correct. The cohort revives the same dose throughout the lifecycle.

A further point, re half life; the pro for increasing the drug, is overall exposure (AUC). Half life for the varying doses are likely to remain the same, but it is possible (likely) that the AUC significantly increases with higher doses.
