It’s not accurate. It’s a telegram pump. Conifer reduced to below 3% via RNS. They’re obliged to increase via RNS. It’s hasn’t happened. Numbers are not credible.

Stodgy - again, it was rhetorical. Read it again. I’m agreeing it’s a fantastic advert for the validity of AVA to submit the paperwork NOW, rather than when they COULD have, given they had mouse data last year.

Does that make more sense?? As in, I fully agree this is great news. No back doors, no digs, just a positive comment.

It was. How else could you interpret me saying they could have applied last year, but chose not to, therefore now, with human data makes it more valid??

JiveT - yes, I’m agreeing with you that’s it’s a big deal, hence my rhetorical question in my last post. They’ve applied lately, months after they could have with the pre-clin data alone.

Efficacy data from the mouse studies is sufficient. Correct - why apply now? They could have done it with the IND paperwork last year.

Added to that, AS wants rid of it at P2. He mentioned being able to take it through P3 “if needs be”. They’re not equipped to get it to market. That’s not a criticism, just where they are.

They want to fund it through P2. How do they do that? I’m not sure. Raising funds in today’s market, pre-news would be a disaster. Nobody has any money - least of all to speculate in a depressed sector.

I’ve always been cautious about 3996 licence, pre data. I don’t see how that happens. But I’m no expert. My bet is funding post data and biopsies. Either licence or raise.
