I wouldn’t assume that. This ‘data room’ is not necessarily a thing. It was a question asked by MM at the AGM, That actually stumped AS. In theory, interested parities would have access to the data for NDA cloaked licensing/sale. Point owe Avacta small sums on the back of tech success, but that commercial deal is done. It wouldn’t make any sense sharing with Point.

Avacta are doing the right thing by keeping a tight lid on the data.

I view the max line to be exposure to dox, therefore cleaved product. AVA6000 is not dox, therefore my view. I realise you know this.

I’m terms of dose, JT is correct. They need to escalate to understand how changes to dose are metabolised by the body. For instance; typical prodrugs show exponential exposure to the ‘drug’ (AUC) as dose increases. But maintain similar half-life. This data is important.

Ask the FDA.

Do some more research on other prodrug delivery trials and you’ll see just how far they go beyond this dox exposure figure. 1200mg +.

This is dose escalation, it is designed to test the limits of a drug designed to reduce toxic exposure. By design, should not be limited by the 450mg of dox. The trial EXPECTS toxicities.

Plasma concentrations will confirm the amount of *free dox and doxol* the body is exposed to. From the rat/mouse data we know this to be very little.

PK documents metabolites, which present efficacy inference.

They increase the dosage as long as safety permits. I.e. dose increase is measured against the I’ll effects on the body, not how well the drug reduces tumour volume.
