This view reminds me of the guy I sat next to at work around 15 years ago. Warned me about buying a house - ‘ooooh, don’t buy now, the bubble is about to burst’. ‘Save your cash and wait to buy from someone who can’t afford the repayments when it all comes tumbling down’.
That guy bought his first house 3 years ago at the age of 40. Mine is worth 2.5x as much with a similar outlay.
Moral; Armageddon is always just around the corner until it isn’t. It must be tiring living with those constraints. Ironic on so many levels.
Anyone who supports this lunatic is as bad. Not content with being a disruptive account, he now lies about speaking to terminally ill patients on Internet forums to add substance to his moronic ramping.
