The key value driver for the trial is efficacious biopsy data. The PK data will infer everything we would hope is happening in the TME. PK data is extremely valuable.

Ophidian is on Twitter to manage expectations should biopsies not arrive in the data package. God knows why. His sermon is pretty longwinded.

We know without any data that P1a has been a success. PK will corroborate how ‘safe’ the MoA has been. Great tick in the box. BUT, to leverage maximum value at this stage, it’s a huge boost to see early efficacy/activation in the TME. Early efficacy will be hugely difficult, granted. But activation can be confirmed.

Absolutely clear the placing was leaked. Like a sieve. Both trolls and seasoned posters were excusing it all weekend, as discussed on Monday. Ophidian included. Not sure what he’s up to. Oh, wait…

That said, it makes absolutely zero difference to the outcome. It just makes the ‘insiders’ feel powerful.

The timing of the raise is peculiar, and I’d certainly prefer for it to be done post data. But we have no idea how long this has been on the works. Acquisitions take months. Literally months. I deal with them in my day job.

This Acq. Has not been a flight of fancy. It’s been brokered whilst knowing data was good. Knowing they can leverage a profitable market and plug in some affimers.
