Hope so, our local store has been packed in the run up to Christmas, staff working hard to keep shelves stocked. I bought a smart winter jacket couple of weeks ago, £90 . Well, those proposals would not constitute a good deal for the postie. I guess arsenal will be pleased if your theory is correct. Last letter time of 4.30 on a rural at this time of yr will mean the postie fumbling around in a dimly lit village at 6pm after having done the last 2.5hrs in the dark.
