Here's hoping, I get your point but £540m isn't going to add much to the mkt cap and there's gonna be 85% more shares so £2.50 I reckon is a reasonable price come end of January, provided covid isn't shutting down the whole world again.....the we'd be up the creek without a paddle and sitting in a leaking boat.

Mr long. Same mkt cap, 85% more shares on 29th Jan, IS dilution, and a pretty big one.

Is do do your own research. Honestly, how many want free 'advice' and are prepared to put their hard earned cash into something they know nothing about on the say so of a stranger on a bulletin board ,astounds me. There's this great tool called the internet, you can find out many different facts , it's amazing. Also the more you research, the more general knowledge you gain, which could stand you in good stead for making money in the future.

Windows, we're not exactly all 'doomed' don't know if you heard but covid doesn't really kill many that it infects.

Look, what don't you understand? At the end of January, when the RI shares are admitted to market as full TUI shares, there will be 85% more share capital. More shares, same value of company (mkt cap) will result in a much lower SP. What this will be we'll have to wait and see, however if you think it's gonna be £4 you are saying the current SP should be around £7 , which it's not.

End of January, hopefully recoving to £5 by 2022. That's my view. £5 would be fantastic considering it's £9 equivalent to 2020 share capital price.

Of course the govt will want that money back, it's not a hand out! Thats how loans work. As far as dilution goes , no further shares are being issued from what i've read, so I fully expect the SP to be 850 plus in the coming week. Yes ezj have taken on more debt, just like IAG, Tui etc but everyone knows theres no divi coming for 5 yrs , don't really think people expected it anyway though it will be better to pay down the debt with any profits. Extra funding to see it through and the confidence shown in the business is good news for EZJ imho. It's put my mind at rest a bit anyhow.

EZJ raised 15 % of existing share capital @ £7 , Price dropped to £6.50 for a bit then went lower although that was virus induced, it only rose on vaccine news. Retail share holders didn't get a sniff , so not a RI like Tui now has and only for 15% as opposed to 85% here, big difference. So, can't really compare as such.

extra funding without issue of more shares will be good news I would say. Dividend policy for ezj was 50% of profits anyway , so no profit equals no divi anyway. I think people are buying ezj as a recovery play rather than income anyway, so that shouldn't be too much of an issue. I would like to think a rise on Monday will be the outcome.

I seriously doubt cruises will go ahead in April. It's gonna take 6 months min to get enough people vaccinated to allow cruises , and thats just this country. Cruises will be the last thing to come back. Hoping travel opens up by Spring , I really am , got a fair bit in EZJ and I'd like to buy in again here and make some money but I still think it's on a knife edge.

Tesla and bitcoin, really, at the height of a bubble about to burst? Just remind me how much Tesla has to make on each car to justify it's ludicrous SP. As for bitcoin. That train has left the station gathering speed but the end of the line is coming...and the brakes don't work. Opinion only .

Think RI shares list next week for trading then get added to TUI ord share capital 29th , making an additional 85% of shares. We'll see how the SP turns out then but most of the funds are essentially going to keep the lights on so to speak until (hopefully until such a time as travel is allowed again) . I have no doubt that the business will prosper when that happens ,just a question of the money not running out before then.

Avocet, it can't be halved today as the extra shares are not in the market yet therefore tui still has the same share number. When the new shares (85% more) are submitted to market 29th Jan , then the SP will dilute by the same amount (same mkt cap, 85% more shares).

Reflects the fact that you can no longer buy AND qualify for rights shares. Therefore there is little or no insensitive to buy ,as the SP has still got to drop when the new shares are submitted to market at end of the month. The SP the day before that, will be the SP that will be almost halved for the next day due to an 85% dilution. Hope this helps. Think it'll be in the £2 to £2.50 range end of January.

Select, no i'm not a holder ,bought £10k at 385 and sold at 458 on way down when RI rns hit early december. Approval of vaccine just before christmas has been a driver along with general market sentiment since then. I will wait til Feb to get back in if I see fit. Not advice just my opinion. Take care.

Having said that, if you're under water now and don't want to sell at a loss plus you have funds for the rights shares, yes take them and hope the company survives and thrives. If on the other hand you're in profit, I'd sell and start again come February.
