thinking you're missing one other pretty vital criteria. Yes speed would be better, yes cheaper would be better but what about accuracy? All it takes is a couple of people positive testing negative and there's all sorts of problems again. I would say London and scotland are still dealing with a backlog then as where I work it has been quiet since the christmas break. Been finishing on time which is very rare and to put into context, was doing 10 to 15 hrs docket to clear in late Nov/Dec! It really is amazing me why the SP is continuing its mega rise though with all the failures nationwide, normally Royal Mail would be getting fined millions for the (lack of) service quality. Is it that any business can quote 'covid' and just get away with it now?
