Not really but optimism appears to be in the air! Amazed to see the FTSE 100 hitting 7900 with the UK Economy going down the pan at a rapid rate. Bizarrely, are UK investors anticipating a new Labour Government? It wouldn't surprise me as Starmer is so right-wing he won't frighten the horses. Vote Green and see how equally useless they are!

Nobody gets my name! I'm beardozer as opposed to bulldozer! Bear and bull? Been watching videos on YouTube featuring Warren Buffett which are very entertaining. Can't imagine him investing in ORR but someone like him should!

Time to view ORR as a binary bet unless you had already formed that view! I'm sure there's lots going on in the background which ORR investors never get to hear about. And Tim's other company appears to be doing well despite huge debts.

A good entry point after losing how much money? As an investor I'm hoping my money will grow and I'm fed up with averaging down which very seldom makes sense. Much better to find an investment which will actually GROW unlike ORR so far but I remain an investor.

Is IIP the most illiquid share on the Stock Market? The huge spread would indicate it is and just try selling! It was always a binary bet so I remain confident but a few buys would send the SP rocketing. Anyone DYOR would realise the disconnection between the SP and the possible NAV.

If there's a share consolidation I'm out! Someone will make money out of Cameroon gold but maybe not us! At the same time, a JV with a Major mining company would be transformational for ORR and I'm sure the BOD are doing their best as it's in their interests too.

ORR remains a binary bet but maybe twice removed?
Either they find sufficient gold in Cameroon or they don't.
If they do the future is rosy.
But then, even with sufficient gold, they fail to attract a JV partner then the future is bleak.
Enter the Chinese who are happy to speculate on the next GGP - money is no object!
I remain hopeful.
Maybe deluded but I have great faith in what's underground or ZIOC wouldn't be over half of my PF.

I note Jackbal's criticisms which are more than justified. Either ORR is sat on a huge goldfield in Cameroon or it isn't. It's worth a punt! ORR is currently my third largest holding but I'm a high risk investor who is determined to see at least one jackpot! My PF was up almost 10% last week so I'm getting something right but maybe not for much longer?

Desperate times call for desperate measures! Hard to believe a Director paid 243p to invest in this zombie company back in September 2021. It's all very sad and Brexit can't have helped. How many other UK companies have gone under after the post-Brexit red tape has become the straw that broke the camel's back? All down to the idiotic Johnson not reading the smaller print. And they think his return will put everything right? Meanwhile, Eurostar trains are running half-empty because UK passport holders have to queue for hours to enter France! Norway & Switzerland chose to be out of the EU but also signed up for the Schengen Agreement which means their citizens have free rein over all of Europe.

But what's the betting he can't resist re-appearing before March? Very strange entity who has nothing of any substance to contribute. A bit like woodworm.

But only a 1 in 3 chance of hitting a jackpot!

Thank you Drago1 for your kind invitation. You've done well to accumulate 1.3 million shares and I can't agree with ShrewdDude67's urge to keep it "realistic". I believe you can go from 7p to £3 and what a slap in the face that would be for all the gainsayers! Yes, ALB1, I mean you! I'm not really expecting £3 but Chinese entities have been known to bid against each other in the past.
