Not sure we need new investors if it's a binary bet but this board has become dominated by MinorMiner and he's abused extrader for questioning his "facts". Whatever appears here has no bearing on the ultimate outcome so why does MinorMiner bother? Who needs selective input? You either believe that Zanaga will happen or it won't.

Welcome aboard! Even if you've been here since dinosaurs roamed Woolworths. Why have you invested more if you believe further dilution is ahead? Directors are very keen to exchange salary for shares in what they perceive as a goldmine. Raising more money may not involve dilution of existing shareholders - a cash injection from a major miner would be transformational. Is ORR a 10-bagger or a 100-bagger?

You make some very good points which I wouldn't disagree with except: "skin in the game" is somewhat overrated - being aligned with shareholders quite often leads to disappointment! Nobody's fault - it just happens. Anyway, I envisage URAH being taken over by an American company for multiples of the current SP regardless of other considerations.

..yet ORR is down. That last RNS was amazing and the SP rose 1.27%! Can't help thinking the only way ORR investors will see any value is a takeover offer at a huge percentage over the current SP but way below its true worth.

I used to be a shareholder in the company Rockhopper took over and winning compensation hasn't done much for them.

But if it's simply a case of providing 3.5x reserves then surely that's easily resolved?

Numerous Irish businessmen would be happy to inject funds on a temporary basis and maybe a few would be willing to exchange their cash for shares in the project.

Good luck with your strategy - it might work, it might not! But you don't know these are the lows! Building a decent holding is OK as far as it goes and I suppose I have followed a similar strategy with the holdings I believe will deliver a spectacular return but it's always wise to spread one's eggs among a few baskets - I'm down to 12 eggs in one basket called an ISA. And it's almost always the smaller eggs which outperform the bigger ones so God help my investment in ZIOC.

You're wasting your precious time! ZIOC remains a binary bet and a waiting game and if it drags on too long, probably a wasted asset if there's suddenly a World Mining Ban which wouldn't surprise me. If that sounds fanciful, it depends on who's in charge. I thought LOGP was a reasonable binary bet until the Irish Government pulled the rug from under them but I'm fairly confident all will end well as wealthy investors boost LOGP and BEY coffers to meet the ludicrous 3.5 requirement. Who would've thought geographical risk included Ireland?

It could still take a long time. And investors will lose interest. Meanwhile, you're stuck in a very illiquid share. Good luck!
