Usual brick wall hit! As for "PREM cap went to over £200m", that was after what must be record-breaking issues of new shares which left LTHs high and dry. Money was made but, as my neighbour keeps telling me: "You've got to know what you're doing!" and I gave up on PREM many years ago. Basically, there are very few free lunches but we're all frantically looking for them! ORR remains my second largest investment but I would sell it tomorrow if I discovered a better investment.

Looking forward to a takeover offer at a profitable price. But that's true for all of my holdings.

Should've gone to Specsavers! Compare possible compensation to current SP and it's a no-brainer and I can't see legal fees costing £millions. Unless solicitors charge accordingly which wouldn't surprise me.

No reason for LOGP to merge with BEY! Both companies have lost their interest in Barryroe. BEY is stuffed while LOGP can pursue their claim for compensation.

SP definitely not going the way I'd hoped! Agreed Market is against us. If I can manage to generate profits elsewhere I'll buy more here.

A year or two no doubt but LOGP could be at least a 10-bagger from here - maybe a lot more? And what's to stop a takeover offer? It's a very interesting situation. As it stands, both LOGP and BEY have lost their interest in Barryroe thanks to the current Irish Government. BEY are stuffed while LOGP can instruct their solicitors.

Surprised former BEY investors who have been left marooned aren't queueing up to invest in LOGP which is worth buying in the hope of them winning compensation. Whether or not Barryroe is ever developed seems irrelevant now.

Eddsy: why on earth would I want a lower SP? With 64% of my PF invested in ZIOC I have no plans to buy more!

MM may join the dots (selectively) but it's totally irrelevant. Zanaga is a world-class iron ore project which will get developed sooner or later and NOTHING posted here will change the outcome.
