Has the price stopped falling? On Google Finance the SP is currently up 28.17% !

Could you please do your utmost to generate a takeover offer for ZIOC? At any price! Other offers would surely follow or if they don't we would at least know where we stand. I can't believe that sovereign funds with £billions burning holes in their pockets aren't interested. If the price is the problem what is the price?

Are posts being removed here similar to the ORR board? Something's not right.

Two 5m sells would indicate a lack of faith in TOM's future! On the other hand, are mysterious entities intent on driving the SP lower so their pals can buy at rock bottom prices before a miraculous re-rate?

Message for Kutzz: I'm sorry you're down £135k but is ORR your only investment?

Investing in one company seldom ends well.

Just think about the odds against!

I sold a tiny holding in BCE in order to buy VINO!

BCE was #1 Top Riser twice this week but VINO's also up.

Not quite sure how we all survive but we all do the best we can.

Apart from mates rates - maybe we have TR-1s to look forward to? All very shabby and it reflects very badly on the BOD.

Tim Livesey (0.99% shareholder) has failed to deliver as has Bob Smeeton (0.84% shareholder) - sack the pair of them!

Promote Eileen Carr (3.95% shareholder) to CEO and at least she is aligned with shareholders' interests. Could she make a worse job of running ORR than Livesey with all his industry contacts?

I like the word "orbit" but I agree compensation could be disappointing. Place your bets!

...if only there was enough room for shares that had fallen 4.76%. Makes no difference to the ultimate outcome. The question is how much compensation is heading towards shareholders.

Amazon could be interested or they could wait for WINE to go bust and pick it up on the cheap. Or wait to see how many customers migrate to VINO and then step in. The question is: where will WINE customers go to next? I'm a wine-lover but I wouldn't buy from either of them! My tastes are far too specialised. Greek? Hungarian? Portuguese?

Are you the new guru here? Hotfinance14 made a very good point which was instantly dismissed and you just had to be condescending too.

What I liked most in the RNS was "These estimated economic resources have significantly increased in value over the last 18 months and we remain fully focussed on securing the requisite funding for their future exploitation."

Very briefly the SP was up 11% before closing down 2.5% and it's down again today.

Whoever paid 0.112p for 4,418,794 shares yesterday morning would've been down 19.64% by the afternoon!

not that it makes any difference to us binary betters. but where are the heavy investors taking advantage of mates rates?

i must admit i'm starting to get angry about the way elphick has failed to deliver shareholder value which, unusually, would seem to align with his own interest. any chance of an interview with him to explain the lack of a deal up to now? i'd be interested to know what deals were proposed, discussed and rejected. as a shareholder i think i'm entitled to that information. atm, zioc is operating within aim rules but are hardly forthcoming to shareholders. **** happens. and, shaun86, have you never moaned about anything? if so, you've had a charmed life. of course, if/when zioc finally delivers you'll think your life is still charmed - understandably! apologies in advance for making personal remarks but for many of us lths zioc is life-changing and if it fails to deliver some of us could end up sleeping on a park bench.

Can't entirely agree with you Mitch984! ALB1's persistent negativity hasn't helped KP2 and I'm sure there have been plenty of sellers influenced by his "I told you so" posts which only drives the SP lower. Of course, had we all listened to him at the start we wouldn't have lost so much money! At least I can agree with his "it's probably too late to get out now anyway tbh." Which isn't very sound advice if the company's doomed which, obviously, it isn't! ATM, I see more light at the end of KP2's tunnel than ZIOC's.

I chose to invest in VINO who will benefit hugely if WINE sinks under a mountain of debts/write-offs etc.
