KP2 is 30% of my PF after ZIOC's 55% so I'm looking forward to a semi-jackpot nowhere near as rewarding as I'm hoping the ZIOC jackpot will be. Whatever the outcome, ZIOC management should take note that at least one company can do business up the Congo.

On the contrary, small trades can mean a lot! Many tiny buys indicate ZIOC is being tipped somewhere on social media while several tiny sells might indicate buyers who have done no research and lost patience.

My bad - how I hate that phrase! There was a late-reported 2.79m share transaction which was not classified as a buy or a sell. I mis-remembered it as 2.9m instead of 2.8m rounded up and I viewed it as a buy not a sell but WTFDIK? Only recently I queried why cheap ZIOC shares weren't being hoovered up but it seems they are! Which bodes well and ought to attract the herd so where are they? Wherever they are I don't think there can be many of them left compared with days of yore. AIM is on its last legs.

So why is sentiment so negative while news is so positive? And it's hardly been temporary! What a load of old rubbish you do spout!

Couldn't agree more about keeping the faith but the ZIOC SP is behaving like no other share with huge upside I've ever encountered. Mr Market usually knows best so if LTH's are going to be rich he has to be very wrong. Tell that to the 2.9m buyer!

Just relax and accept that ZIOC is a binary bet. Stop wasting time like extrader and that tyrant on the other board frantically searching for information to make you feel you made the right decision investing in ZIOC. By now it's too late! Anyone would think the worst possible deal/development must be worth multiples of the current SP yet we are where we are. It looks to me like last week's SP collapse was to enable someone to buy 2.9m shares as cheaply as possible.

Welcome aboard leathal1979! It's interesting to note that TL's other company MTL has an upward trajectory which ORR badly needs to emulate. Wouldn't surprise me if MTL takes over ORR in due course.

Hi alwayshoping - I think your maths are up the shoot! As I see it current Mkt. Cap. is £26m with an SP of 3.89p.

An SP of 100p implies a Mkt. Cap. of £671m with a £1bn Mkt. Cap. implying an SP of 150p. Any buyout certainly won't be in multiples of billions when ZIOC itself only claims an NPV of $4bn AFTER $2bn has been invested. I think 100p would be a fair offer with maybe 120p if there's more than one interested buyer. Apologies if my maths are also up the shoot!

Allthatguff: I would've thought £1.5m for arranging a multi-billion deal was fair recompense which implies at least 100p per share for Mr Knauth to be satisfied. But if he's happy with £750k then we're looking at an SP of 50p. I certainly can't see him cashing out at 3p!
