As always, you make some very good points! But the Market has changed - no longer is the tiniest piece of good news pounced upon and the SP driven higher. If ORR's fundamentals can't drive the SP higher what can? A takeover offer might suit all concerned under present Market conditions. Wherever Eileen ends up I think a lot of ORR investors will follow as she appears to know her onions! The question of realising shareholder value is concentrating my mind at the moment because my largest holding is ZIOC where, up to now, shareholders have been very let down. Directors supposedly aligned with shareholders doesn't always turn out well! Let's hope I'm being too impatient but in the long run we're all dead!

I think there's a chance TOM will rise from the ashes but it's fairly slim - 1 in 20? I feel like I backed the wrong horse - I was hoping TOM would rise 340% in one week just like UKOG! Let's hope TOM's assets prove to be valuable and Starwanderer's optimism is rewarded. GLA!

You operate on a level several planes above (or below) the rest of us long-suffering LTHs. Have you thought about not posting irrelevant rubbish? Why not try posting what YOU think about ZIOC? I suspect it won't be what the Management want to hear! If they've done a wonderful job so far where is the shareholder value?

And we never used to have whole days without comment. It's in danger of disappearing up extrader's fundament and I know he will argue he's only twiddling his thumbs until the great denouement. Welcome back scottology whose reappearance was almost dismissed by allthatguff who is under pressure just like the rest of us. Why did GLEN and Elphick have to buy @ 5.25p? We all know the SP tends to drop below a previous placing. Their action has pulled the rug from under every investor including themselves! Not a problem if a jackpot is imminent but Mr Market can't see it coming. What would've happened if they'd subscribed at a premium? Would that've improved every shareholders' position? Of course it would! Only conclusion is that the SP must be kept as low as possible in the interests of a predator which the BOD will back wholeheartedly in the interests of all shareholders - what a joke! Having said that: 100p per share is all I'm hoping for and it's a fraction of NPV. If "fairness" ever enters the equation we might all emerge happy.

Put simply, company issues lots of shares and finds the SP in the doldrums. Buy back half the shares and, assuming all things being equal, the company is still valued @ £Xm so the SP of the remaining shares should double in price. Companies tend to buy back shares when they can't think of a better use for the money but it's also a way of reversing dilution.

Since then there have been the usual several yards of "comment". Yawn! Why no discussion of what the long-suffering shareholders can expect? 10p, 20p, 100p, 200p? extrader favours 200p while I'll be happy with 100p. Anything less is a huge betrayal which will be subject to investigation by the relevant authorities if they can be bothered.

Are all ZIOC LTHs bloody twats? Probably. I thought: "Worst possible case I'll double my money" but even that's looking fanciful! Who needs a deramper?

Agreed 50p would be a fair price but ZIOC's still worth a lot more even at this stage. Admittedly, it's hard to see a more than fair price emerging unless there's an auction which would be in ALL of the shareholders' best interests.

Antibacterial makes a very good point while Kutzz notes the Lanstead deal is currently in ORR's favour yet the SP continues to fall. The sooner ORR generates enough income to buy back its shares the better! Would a $3000 gold price help?

Mr Market has been perfectly correct so far which would indicate very low upside! So a fraction of the true value could be a very low fraction which would not necessarily mean a multi-bagger. 10p anyone? Ever felt you've been cheated?

20p or 200p - anything's better than dragging this out for several more years! Interested to see relatively dormant accounts suddenly springing into action with positive comments about ZIOC. Meanwhile we seem to have lost Eddsy and DANNYBAREY. Were they employed to drive the SP lower and now it can rise? I'll say it again: ZIOC stinks! A deal will be done at a fraction of the true value but even a fraction is a multi-bagger from here yet still the SP languishes. GLEN shareholders should be demanding their Management maximises shareholder value with their 43% investment in the Zanaga Project. They could sell anytime they like at multiples of the current SP yet they choose not to.
