If you don't mind me asking, what % of your PF is TWD? It's 11% of mine and my 3rd largest holding after ZIOC and BEN.
I think your confidence in TWD is commendable but I'm starting to worry!

Surely you exaggerate? Taken private @ 6p would be totally unacceptable but par for the course in these murky waters. At the same time, wouldn't any impending deal lead to insiders buying shares and sending the SP into the stratosphere which would make 6p look pretty stupid? I agree we're most likely to wake up one morning and see the shares suspended and if the offer's over £1 most of us would be happy with that. If the buyer then makes a 300% profit flipping it then good luck to them!

You make a good point! It's a bit like a spider entering a bath but finding it impossible to escape... I must admit I'm more wary of illiquid stocks than I used to be. It's no use expecting a jackpot from a share nobody trades! BRD springs to mind... And, of course, there is always a Market but at what price? Sell into strength and buy on weakness is the best advice.

And no movement in the SP? Copper is the new Gold as far as I'm concerned. ROCK does seem ridiculously undervalued - obviously the rampers aren't working hard enough! It's 18% of my PF and my second largest holding after ZIOC. Is a pattern forming? Pie In The Sky Jackpot Syndrome? Everyone needs something to look forward to.

It's the time to buy, not sell! Not sure why you're having problems selling when someone offloaded 218,605 shares @ 2.11p soon after you posted. It's always difficult with illiquid stocks which is why timing is everything.

With so few shares available of course it's going to be volatile! I bought 52 of them this morning for my ISA and will never sell!

How come the SP hit 36p in January but it's only 17p now? Answers on a postcard or the back of the stamp affixed to the postcard. And yes, I am a shareholder!

213,900 shares will butter several parsnips. Looking forward to the incoming 1,000,000 buys which will lead to ZIOC hitting £1 which will mean several LTHs exiting (some far too soon @ 15p but happy they're out with a small profit!) Once again for those at the back: it's a binary bet which should lead to untold riches or losing everything. On the other hand, how many of us could ignore £1 in the hope of £2. And how sick will we feel if the SP hits £3?

I partially bailed out yesterday: sold 58% of my holding and banked a 6.3% loss. No price available so I tried a Fill Or Kill @ 69p and, much to my surprise, the deal was executed within a few minutes. LBE is now my 11th largest holding out of 13 and I look forward to being pleasantly surprised having been extremely disappointed up to now!

Let's hope his involvement is a self-fulfilling prophecy! What's struck me is how little money appears to be being invested in Commodities - maybe they're yesterday's news? Looking forward to living on a digital planet! Except that also relies on Commodities.

...it's not a pretty sight! Not sure what you're all fighting about. Sooner or later, after interest rates rocket, PURP will have more properties to sell than ever before due to many distressed sellers who will probably go for the cheapest option.

I'm tempted to invest in PURP on the grounds of many more properties hitting the Market in future after the inevitable rise in interest rates leads to many distressed sellers. Something's holding me back... Not least the £58m in cash which will soon disappear.

Instead I bought OCTP which looked cheap and Deputy Dawg can't be wrong!

...other companies dealt with similar matters so swiftly! I bought this morning after thinking about investing in OCTP for some time. Not expecting much short-term but long-term's a different kettle of fish.

I'm finally out after needing funds to invest elsewhere. How did I get my research so wrong? Bizarrely, instead of the SP rising after the ONT IPO the discount to NAV widened! For some reason it reminds me of elastic bands. Maybe one will snap after catapulting the SP higher? A discount to NAV of 24% is remarkable. Strong buy? Not in this Market.
