What's that supposed to mean? The SP has fallen further so you can buy cheaper - buy now while stocks last! If you really can't buy you need to change your stockbroker.
The best comment I've read this year! It's all very well people like us buying shares in the likes of ORR but we need a lot more people clamouring to buy before we can sell at a profit. And lately that's not been happening. Not to mention Illiquidity where a sell price is not readily available which really annoys me! Interestingly, I would've had no trouble selling ORR today but that's not been true earlier this week. Not sure I should even be investing in Gold as I think the circumstances have altered. And before some idiot urges me to sell now if I've lost the faith, I'd prefer to exit at a profit which means the SP needs to rocket!
RE: Questor's Tip Was The Kiss Of Death!3 Dec 2021 15:42
Not sure that's correct, Tysonfury123! According to my research Questor tipped it @ 43p in February 2020 after first tipping it @ 97p in March 2019! Obviously something didn't go according to plan. Then Questor advised a Hold @ 43p on 12 February 2021 followed by a Buy recommendation @ 63p on 20 October 2021. Crystal Amber is the skeleton in the closet - is Bernstein another Woodford? Owning too much of a company is a two-edged sword. Pleased to see the SP up 6%!
Jackpot winner or crackpot loser? Like a moth to a flame I'm drawn towards binary bets. Top 4 holdings: ZIOC 23%, ROCK 16%, BEN 14%, LOGP 10% with KP2 at # 7.At the moment BEN is the only share offering a near-term jackpot and it's currently down 12.5%. I hope I haven't been sold a pup.
This is "sell on the news" taken to the extreme! What a stampede! Meanwhile, I've increased my holding by 30% which involved averaging up - something I'm not used to!
Not sure about "lacklustre toss"! The cheaper it gets the more I'm inclined to double my holding in the hope they find decent amounts of copper. Wake me up when it's 0.35p!
You seem very angry! While 100p might be transformational for me, obviously 200p would be twice as transformational especially as I've just had my rent increased 7%. Meanwhile Tesco Battered Haddock has rocketed 13.3% so I think I got off lightly! Pleased to see ZIOC surviving yesterday's bloodbath but I can't believe it really rose 5.26%.
Someone bought 1/874th of the company today. No doubt hoping the oil & gas ban will not affect Barryroe and, in fact, make it far more valuable! If I were the Irish Government I'd be investing in Barryroe myself!
The Market always remains irrational for far longer than punters can stay solvent. I paid 2.10p and I'm happy with that as it's a Very Long Term Hold. 10p by Xmas 2023? 100p by Xmas 2024?
Why the worry? Because I'm over £2k down on my investment! In old money that's around 33%. Have you not noticed the SP's dismal performance? However, with very few shares available, at least one new contract will be transformational - hopefully! Except, in this Market good news seems to send the SP down...
Maybe punters are finally following my advice about holding 10% of their PFs in ZIOC? Or maybe something's happening in the Real World? An offer of £1 per share would be very acceptable to me. In fact, it would be transformational! But £2 would be better... What's needed is several parties desperate to invest in the Zanaga Project but, so far, they've been noticeable by their absence.
