Have you ever thought you might be flogging a dead horse? Gold's lack of response to impending inflation says it all! If Gold rockets from here it's only due to manipulation of the Market. If so, sell too soon! I think Copper is the new Gold but at the moment the Market thinks otherwise.
...BHP could be interested in acquiring a large rival such as GLEN! "Could" is the important word! Another nail in ZIOC's coffin or a transformational transformation? The current SP is ludicrous but WTFDIK? If only every investor had 1% of their PF invested in ZIOC in the hope of a multi-bagger we wouldn't be where we are. I remain confident in my analysis after yet another one that got away after I lost faith - PXEN if you're interested! Up almost 100% after I lost patience. My current faith is invested in LOGP and ROCK. Very sad to bid farewell to Meat Loaf (1947-2022) who said: “I have the patience of a cat, I’ll sit tight and wait until everything is right.” It worked for him and may well work for investors in ZIOC.
Just increased my holding by 78% on the grounds that this has to be the cheapest Copper investment on the Market. Initially, I wasn't happy about the Greek diversion but I'd like to think the BOD know what they're doing. ROCK reminds me of PXEN which has emerged like a phoenix from the ashes after much neglect.
"Un-investable"? I bought a few this morning because of the 13% yield and a hunch that Russia will not invade. I like the comment about "the West will happily fight Russia to the last Ukrainian but no further". Poxy proxy wars!
ZIOC has always been a binary bet! Congratulations on selling some shares above 4p while I was buying @ 3.7p before the sudden rise. We are in very strange times where the prospect of huge inflation hasn't affected the price of Gold. I suspect Copper is the new Gold and have invested accordingly. And I think a lot of money which would've been invested in Gold has been invested in strange entities I can't understand.
Any ideas about what will prompt a "drastic change in sentiment"? I suspect a lot of minor miners are going to go bust despite a surge in the price of Commodities.

Excellent advice and I hope this board won't descend into comparisons of lost fortunes. I'd much rather look ahead and note that Mining was the top-performing sector yesterday.
Judging by the recent SP performance there's no chance of TWD falling below the 80p Offer Price. In fact, I'm starting to think TWD could be the Top Share to own in 2022. I took up my entitlement and asked for another 677% which I doubt I'll get in their entirety. I'm hoping applications up to 1,000 shares will be met while anything over is severely reduced.
Let's hope something happens with ZIOC in 2022! Anything is better than nothing. At least long-suffering shareholders like me would know where we are. Either something to look forward to or being put out of my misery would be preferable to this hellish limbo. Obviously, the ball is entirely in GLEN's court and it's time they did a deal. Currently reading an excellent book: The Dealmaker by Guy Hands. I imagine his team has looked over ZIOC in their time and found it unattractive! At one point he was the UK's # 1 Income Tax Payer but I question why he didn't retire to spend more time with his family when he was worth £64m and never needed to work again. Instead, he worked punishing hours and hardly saw his children as they were growing up. You can only have so much money and I don't have enough! But a £2 offer for my ZIOC shares would solve all my problems. I still rate ZIOC a Strong Buy as it's less than half what I paid!
The 15,730,475 has to be a Buy and probably explains why LOGP was # 2 Top Riser on Monday morning. This week I Bed & ISA'd my 1,000,000 shares in anticipation of future mega-profits.
Now it's a hard slog upwards. This is the only one of my 13 holdings currently in profit. Maybe the other 12 are simply biding their time. I should be so lucky. Future projections: 50p by 2022? £10 by 2027?
"We all know this is very undervalued." Yes, ROCK and several hundred other miners! I can't understand the current Market so I've frozen my PF. Hopefully, in 2022 the POG will explode which should help ROCK. So far the price of Copper hasn't helped at all. ATM I would steer clear of anything to do with EVs while the average motorist is being priced out of car ownership. I watched a review of the Ora Cat which would be a wonderful replacement for my Fiat Panda. My Panda cost £6k 11 years ago under the Scrappage Scheme while the Cat is £23.5k after the Govt. Grant which will soon disappear.
"I had to average down" ought to be on millions of investors' gravestones! Fortunately, in TWD's case, it MIGHT be the best strategy. "Never invest in something you don't understand" has hit me with a vengeance after my faith in TWD's technology has taken a hit costing me several £thousands so far. I shall remain invested in the hope it's a 10-bagger from here.
Thanks for that! I bought earlier in the week despite various conflictions about the prospects for Gold. I thought CNR looked "cheap" and now someone agrees with me. Meanwhile the SP is currently down 1.61%. Probably up 50% on Monday?
