Could not the next move after dilution be share considation, so the SP looks less like a penny share?
Happened with IGas, and I am now looking for £40 per share to break even. Once bitten ......
Please, please do your own research on dilution of shares. There is a lot of twaddle being spoken, generated from emotions and hidden agendas.
These are only my thoughts and don't shoot me for saying. But I suspect that IF there is a share dilution, this could be quickly followed by a share consolidation so that the SP looks reasonable rather than one of 1p shares we all go chasing after from time to time.
I had similar happen to me in Igas, where I am just waiting for that SP to move from its current recovery from 20p to 79p (ish) to then go onwards towards £4 hopefully (sadly unlikely)!
Interesting interview on CNBC this morning with CEO. Bemoaning that investors don't understand the transformation being undertaken in the business!
"Nightingale hospitals! ...... probably no mention of them because there is not the staff available, hard enough to have anywhere near a full complement of staff in "normal" hospitals. They never had the required staff in 2020 to be able to function as planned; all in all, a bit of a white elephant and PR stunt to keep our chins up!
Just my opinion from working in the NHS for 42 years.
Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust named in the article is not an acute care trust in Norfolk, it manages community services for dentistry, children, and elderly services across 70 community locations ..." the trust delivers community dentistry, services for children, young people and families, therapies, community nursing, end of life care and specialist nursing, among others."
They do not have the lab facilities of the acute hospitals in the County.
123 .... it was only yesterday you stated, the following, after reading the FT article which cites Open Orphan:
""Towards end of FT article it reports that "there is no sense of urgency in the NIH" to create a Challenge facility in the USA. They appear to be content to allow ORPH a clear run."
Last week we were told that the East End facility is fully booked for 18 months and additional capacity is being sought.
Well done everyone at ORPH. Heroes.""
Also reported in FT and CNBC website who are carrying the FT article with a link.

I agree the demand for swab tests isn't going to go away anytime soon. Its a pandemic washing around the world and coming back to bite the rear end of states in the USA who have reported more increases in cases and hospital admissions since easing of lockdown.
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-06-10/second-u-s-virus-wave-emerges-after-state-reopenings
Anyone who is thinking the demand is short-term must be an unemployed member of the muppet cast.
As the UK moves into the next phase, testing is critical to the success of the strategy. No let-up on that score. The hospital where my wife works has opened a second drive in bay, things are not easing up!
