I agree there are misunderstandings as the NDA has been a moving beast. If you look back at the RNS's the new Commercial terms were finalised in November 2024 with any information on revenues from the early adopters staying quiet until the launch in April 2025. Originally, we were told the revenues would be shared by calendar year end 2024, given some clients have had the product since June 2024 and some earlier I believe. Of course, SA managed the revenue so he didn't have to disclose it. Revenues have been received, quarterly in arrears so at least 2 and maybe even 3 before we get to know how much. However, this moving beast continues each week and SA isn't prepared to tell us when it ends. Hence the uncertainty around when it gets lifted. The bigger concern is that we are not receiving any information on anything to do with SBTX which is rather strange given the NDA only covers Croda.

Oh well, I'm sure he has it all under control.

The NDA has been in place for nearly a year June 2024, not 2 months.

Tiger16 has moved over to BLU today, very similar language to what he was using on here a couple of days ago.

Anybody know when the NDA is lifted? I don't want to be waiting another 5 years before we see any real traction on the SP.

In my view SOH was still selling SBTX right up to the placing and will probably continue. He doesn't know what he is doing from one day to the next.
